This is a very entertaining game - although we already had the story of statues coming alive very often. This game has perfect graphics, smooth gameplay (you don't run around not knowing what to do with your too big inventory), it has nice minigames, which suit good into the storyflow, etc. What i liked very much were the natural looking persons in the play - they were good chosen, fitting to the character they play, including an individual manner of how they speak. This is a nice adding to a really entertaining and good game.
I recommend this game!
The people of Lightfalls are disappearing, and it’s up to you to save them!

This time, the story was the first that got my attention. What a mysterious happening. A town without people, a boy who seems mad, another world - and while you try to solve the riddle, you become arrested and accused of having murdered a prince. Strange - and very very interesting. You cannot stop playing as you want to know what and how etc. What i dit like very much were the HO-scenes, which are very varied from silhouettes to alternation of adding something and having to find an item and puppetlikeshows, where you also have to find items and add them to the screen. It feels as if this game was thoroughly built. The music is great, not the normal stuff, the graphics are good, the voice over is okay, but really, what got me most was the story!!!
I recommend this game!

I already wanted to buy this game when it came out as a CE, because i loved the romantic scenery and the beautful graphics (and also the sound after you accomplished a minigame), but unfortunately it then did not work on my computer, i couldn't see and use the hint or menue-button. But by a miracle i do not understand, the SE works perfectly for me and makes me happy. I love the story although it is like in a fairy-tale and we heard it perhaps more than once, a fairy-tale is also well-known and not boring at all. I like the way the magican is designed, his face is gorgeous, i normally am not fond of switching persons in a game, but here it works smoothly and logically. And i do love this idea that the female character is turned into a swan - this rings bells with fairy-tales of course. I just wished this game had worked on my computer when i first downloaded it, then i would have bought the CE.
I recommend this game!

This serie's once belonged to the most loved once by me. And in expectation of the same game pleasure, the wonderful graphics of old towns, the splendid story like agatha christie i started to play this game. Saw the note on that it had violent scenes, thought this was exaggerating, but it wasn't. Stoped instantaneously to play the game and deleted it from my computer. What a disappointment. What happened to the serie's, it had such wonderful installments as the premature burial, a game which was outstanding because of it's quality. And now the developers think, they only attract an audience with explicit violence??? Too sad. And especially concerning the ongoing events in Paris, we do not need any games that are cruel and brutal, we need consolement. If i want to see a horror-movie, i go into the cinema, from a hidden-object-game i expect more subtleness.
I don't recommend this game.
The eyes are watching... and they're everywhere.

To me this is an extraordinary game. The graphics are really stunning, the voiceover is great, the story-line unfolds in just the adequate time, there are so many little things which make you smile because they are so neatly done. I love this game. Thank you developers for giving us such a pleasure-time playing. (oh, to note for frightful people: it is not as dark as some other games of this serie's and i think that is good!)
I recommend this game!
Toxic flowers have been claiming victims and withering plant life in the Netherlands. Can you cultivate the answers to this mystery?

This is one of the most boring games i ever played and this really is a pitty, because i loved the serie's. I don't know, what made the developers make the path so slowly... it is as if one had put the remote on slowmotion - it could have been a great game if the storyline and the number of locations had been tightened. The music doesn't fit at all to the story, which was very irritating and because of the slowlyness with which the game proceeds, i stoped playing at all... too sad, could have been a good game.
I don't recommend this game.
The love between you and your husband was strong enough to end a war... but is it strong enough to save the world?

Lately i notice the tremendous quality of the storytelling in games from this developer. The stories are given room to grow and they do have a depth that is beyond the normal good versus evil. The graphics are not just gorgeous in itself, they do serve the story. For me to play these games is as if i was diving into a movie where i play the major role and all can unfold in its own time. Time and Space are of the essence in order to be able to build something real epic! I love this special way to build a game very very much!!!
I recommend this game!

This is an extremely well built game! It's gameflow is so smooth that it is a - for me not often experienced - pleasure of just sliding along - as if we were iceskating. And i know that it needs a lot of thoughts and work on the side of the developers to get this achieved!!! Therefore i am very thankful for their work. What also add to the joy for me was, that the developers dit not use their normal tiny cursor and tiny little objects to search - this results often only in starring at my monitor to try to see the tiny things or to see through the dark. In this game all can be seen very well and clearly. I do love the collectables as i did find a lot of them and this also adds to the joy - there some games where i don't even notice the searchitems, but here i did and succeeded. And i did like the story to unexpectedly become the owner of a castle and to have to solve the riddle to restore peace and harmony again. For me this is a perfect rainy day game, i enjoy it very much!!!
I recommend this game!
The twinkling lights in the marsh look pretty, but they hold a mysterious power. Whatever you do... do not follow them!

I really wanted to like this game. For all because the first one of this serie's with the spring that didn't come was such a great story. But this game is not at all on this level. There are very strange and sometimes even absurd minigames (the sextant - i do not get this game, it is too dark to see, at which end of the four ends the sequence starts - and there is no skip-button, you don't get further thus!!!) , the idea of hiding hidden-objects in like stonelike carving is being used now in almost every game - which results in complete boredom, the making it more complicated to work through a HO-scene surely was a good idea in the beginning of this innovation in HO-games, but now it is also only adding to feeling bored. What disappointed me most, was that the game doesn't play at all in the medieval town but in what looks like "oh, let's recover some of the backgrounds we already used" - you start in a town, but you land on a ship, very logical:-(. Dear developers i really like your work, but this game just didn't have the sparkle, the inspiration of your first Myth of the World game. This is just not the solid and inspiring work, we know you for.
I don't recommend this game.

There is something special about the graphics of this serie's and i do love this very very much. For me it feels so real... that is, how it has looked in the middle ages, it wasn't that neat as we imagine... it was dirty, the ordinary houses were built from what was there... i do love that so much because it makes me feel as if i really was on a timetravel. I did love this with the last release of this serie's and i do love it now. For me this is one of the things that make this serie's stand out! As the story and all the details have been told already, i spare this. What i really liked were the minigames (it's so nice not to have to use the skip-button) and the HO, which were very varied. But what i loved most really are the graphics!!!
I recommend this game!
