I was not disappointed with this PuppetShow Collector's Edition. Everything was here: great storyline, great soundtrack, excellent hidden object games, and great visuals. I liked everything about this game.

This game was the bomb, no handholding, very difficult mini games and hidden object scenes.
The Good: very challenging games, beautiful graphics, nice music, likeable characters
The Bad: it was impossible for me to skip the mini-games even though I thought the "instructions" said that it could be skipped.
The Ugly: there's no map, very hard sometimes to figure out where to go and what to do next.
I recommend this game!

I really wanted to like this game, but it left me cold, and bored out of my mind. I didn't like any of the characters, the hidden object scenes were too easy, and the story moved so slooooooow I couldn't take it.
The graphics for the background scenery were bright and well done, but the characters were wooden and spoke so slowly I wanted to pull the words out of their mouths. Regular gameplay was boring because it was just too easy. There was no element of surprise at all, nothing, and I really wanted to like this game because of its location.
I give it 2 thumbs up, which is a no buy for me.
I don't recommend this game.

This is an extremely challenging yet fun rendition of solitaire. It has great background music, different levels, a store to buy "boosts" to help your game, different virtual rooms to play in, and a background storyline I haven't figured out yet because I've been too busy trying to "ace" this game.
It is very challenging, solitaire outside the box, and takes a while to adjust your mindset to this riveting game.
Five thumbs up for this one.
I recommend this game!

Based on the Demo
A pilot's only daughter, Maria, unwraps a gift without a card. A malevolent metaphysical beast comes out of the box and kidnaps her. Her father, desperate to find the sixteen year old Maria, employs your help.
The soundtrack is great, with just the right eerie and spooky background music. The creepy music is consistent with the theme of the game.
Voiceovers are very realistic and well done. The visuals are beautiful : full color, very well illustrated.
There are collectible flowers and morphing objects to find. Hidden object scenes are the silhouette type, totally interactive. The scenes are very well drawn, consistent with the story. They were a little more involved than the usual hidden object games.
Mini games were fun, unusual, and pretty challenging.
To help with gameplay there is a hint button, a journal, a map, a strategy guide, a metaphysical "transformer" to change locations, and my personal favorite: a cute little animal helper that clinched the sale for me.
This game has something for everyone.
I recommend this game!

Disney meets Tim Burton in this cartoon explosion of vibrant colors, fun soundtrack and cute storyline.
THE GOOD: This game is a lot of fun. There is a spying spider, a prince turned into a frog then trapped in a bird cage, and a witch who is holding him hostage until he agrees to marry her. There are so many sweet little characters in this game, like a little dragon that you feed chili peppers to in order to make him burp fire to heat up your potions. Making the potions is a lot of fun, first gathering the ingredients, then following the spell book to put it all together.
THE BAD: I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what to do in most of the mini games, the instructions were inadequate. I had to use the hint button a lot for the game because it wasn't always clear what I needed to do next.
THE UGLY: The prince, after he is turned into a frog, warbles in an annoying tone that resembles someone being strangled. He doesn't sound like a frog or a prince, just something annoying.
I recommend this game!
