This is based on playing the demo. Normally if I saw a Rescue Team game I'd buy it without even trying the demo, but once I read the reviews I held back and I'm glad I did. This is a classic example of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. How is this a good old time management game? I don't expect time management to be this involved. Before now I felt the developer did a good job of keeping the game fresh. No longer. I hope they learn their lesson and do better next time.
This is one of the best HOGs out there. I'm a crazy cat lady that hopes there are MORE and MORE cats. Great graphics, plenty of mini-games, a perfect challenge...Relaxing so I say chill with your cats.
I love all the Park Ranger/Cruise Director games out there because I love HOGs. This is the gold standard for these types of games. I find them very replayable. This one was the usual storyline, which is fine, and I think it was more challenging than previous ones. If you think a HOG is an adventure game with 9 hidden object scenes this isn't for you. But if you know and enjoy a great HOG this is it! Enjoy!

I'm sure some people complain that this is always the same. I say if it ain't broke don't fix it. All the scenes and puzzles are enjoyable...some harder than others. The story isn't goofy like many are. It's just good old HOG fun.

I love this whole series, and the Park Ranger one. I love hidden object games, but these days they are only adventure versions. This is pure fun and a pure HOP that is very challenging. Searching also includes finding trash and lost and found items. There are mini-games, though they aren't as challenging. One more thing that makes it great is how replayable it is. Which is helpful while I wait for the next one.
Usually, I take the beta-reviews with a grain of salt. I'm so glad I went ahead a tried (and then bought) Halloween Stories. The graphics are great and it doesn't look like most games these days, the same room or landscape template with just slight changes in buildings or landscapes. The game is unique on many levels. Extreme creepiness factor, that I really enjoyed. The mini-games were a little tough for me, but not impossible.

I've liked this series from the beginning, but Black Sun was a real disappointment. Like many games now, the developers seem to continue with a series when they should stop and actually think of something new. I'm afraid that Myths of the World is going into that category. This is one of the first games in a long time that I didn't bother to finish. It seemed that nothing moved the story along and the challenge was only fair. If you don't mind spending money for just an 'OK' game go ahead, but I wish I hadn't.
I love this series (along with Cruise Director). I cut my HOP teeth on Little Shop of Treasures. Remember when HOPs weren't adventure games? This has great graphics and pleasant music. The storyline makes sense and some of the most challenging scenes. In each scene you have to find not only the objects on the list but wildlife and trash. this really adds to the challenge and enjoyment. There are mini-games, but they are fairly easy. I think this is one of the best game series around. Enjoy everyone!
A great game that shows it's an editor's choice for a reason. Unless a storyline is really confusing I don't pay much attention to them, but this one works. The big plus for me was there was a little bit of every type of HOP and puzzle you can imagine. Some puzzles and HOPs more challenging than others. Plenty of collectables, morphing objects, and puzzle pieces to find...to me the true mark of a Collector's Edition. This is the first game in a while that was truly engaging and challenging. It may become my new favorite game.
This game gave me hope that developers still know what a HOP is...not just an 'adventure' game where you basically look for keys and tokens. The storyline flowed well with the tasks you had to do. The graphics were great and there were many HOPs to solve of all different kinds, lists, morphing, silhouettes, etc. There are also many mini games I wouldn't call many of them challenging, but that isn't a priority for me any way.
