This game has its fun moments, but overall there are too many annoyances.
I don't like how the game seems to have a gradual level of difficulty, then I reach level 6 and all of a sudden, it's too hard to get anything done. A game should get harder as you progress, sure, but this felt too abrupt!
I don't like how I can't really tell the difference between the Tools and Equipment sections so I can't figure out a strategy for my playing.
There are a few other things that picked at me, but they are minor ones.
This free to play game is just not worth playing unless Big Fish overhauls it.
I don't recommend this game.

I downloaded this game to my iphone a while back, and I. Can't. STOP!
The thing I love most is how satisfyingly long term this game is. I know all free games are set up the same, but this one does a better job of keeping you occupied for weeks and not feeling like you're going to reach the end prematurely.
My only complaint, and I hope Big Fish does something about this, is that the most expensive, high level table and counters are dumb looking. I want to rise my popularity level but I also want to buy tables and counters that are attractive. The best looking ones are too low level... Please add more tables and counters that are pleasing to the eye and have high level popularity!
I really love this game and I REALLY love how I can plan a strategy that takes me longer to reach the next level, but does not take away the fun at all!
I recommend this game!

This game could have been improved in the story cut scenes. I felt like I could have had more detail in the exposition and I wasn't satisfied by the time I finished. Also, the final showdown with the villain looked like the guy was defeated by his own clumsiness!! Why did I have to do anything if he brought it on himself?
I'm a little bothered by how flawed the map function was. It wasn't as useful as I've come to expect from Big Fish games. It was a good thing I had the strategy guide, I got lost more than once.
Basically the only reason to buy the CE is that the bonus chapter has a much more satisfactory ending than the main game.
If you're going to buy this, wait till a sale comes up like I did. It's not worth full price.
I don't recommend this game.

I am going to buy this as soon as I finish the review! This game is a sequel to Tales of Lagoona, but it is structured more like Farmington Tales and that makes it more awesome to me! There are so many new and fun features and there is no pressure to upgrade something right away, which was my only peeve with Farmington Tales. I just love this game! 10 out of 10 stars!!
I recommend this game!

This is a great game! I was interested in the earlier Antique road shop games, but not enough to buy any. This is perfect. So far, I've played for several hours without spending any of my money for extras!!! My only issue is that at one point, there is a quest where you have to 'friend' someone else playing the game. I would have preferred to keep to myself, but that's just me.
This game to too fun!
I recommend this game!

While the Dark Parables continues to be THE BEST computer games series I've ever bought from this website, this game had one or two things that bugged me.
1: the Cinderella outfit is ridiculous. Dark Parables had been so amazing with their clothes design in the past that it makes this dress all the more weird. I just don't get if she was supposed to wear leggings or if we're supposed to see her legs (and almost her underpants!) like that. It just fails.
2:The fate of the "not" Cinderellas. We know that at least the step sister is turned back to normal, but we never find out if the others are okay or if they are technically dead. On top of that we don't know if the step sister successfully reunited with Katherine at the end of the game. Considering how close they were supposed to be, it would have been nice to know. These points and a few others are just in my opinion.
Overall I had no regrets buying this game. The stories continue to be amazingly, perfectly interconnected with each other, the designs are beautiful, the HOG scenes are fun, the music rocks, I will definitely keep buying Dark Parables as long as Blue Tea keeps making them.
I recommend this game!

This is based on the first 20 minutes of the sample. You are Marcus (a rare Big Fish occurrence playing a male) who is lifelong friends with Delores and Vasco. That name right away tells you he is evil. The story (so far) and graphics are quite lovely and it's nice not to have a depressing horror game like far too many recent BFgames. The only problem I have is that the journal pages seem to be in a haphazard order. I kept getting confused which way to read them, left to right or right to left. Neither made too much sense, but that's probably me. There are a slew of extras and side games like buying things for your own aquarium or things for the dolphin sidekick to play with. Oh, did I mention you (as Marcus) get a dolphin sidekick? Dolphins NEVER GET BORING! Always rock! So yeah, I'll probably buy this.
I don't recommend this game.

I really like how this game is not too impossible to play. You play match three style 90% of the time, there are hidden objects challenges, and it's got a relaxed mode! The neat thing is when you make a match around some blocks, the produce falls to this counter at the bottom and people show up to buy the produce, so you actually want them to buy before you clear the screen. That way you get more money for the upgrades. All in all, a worthwhile purchase.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoy games of this type: Gardenscapes 1 and 2, Chronicles of Albian, etc., and I love how this game has new twists to it and is just as fun. Maybe more so.
This game is all the more special to me as I was getting over a really bad cold, and I was so depressed that I bought this game and it did not fail to cheer me up.
I really love this game and I give it as many stars as possible.
I recommend this game!

This was an amusing game, but there are some problems I had with it.
1: The mini games. Everytime I came across one, I couldn't find the instructions! Some were easy enough to grasp, but most I had to just skip.
2: The conclusion. Unless you buy the CE, you won't get any closure. And even at that, the game ends too adruptly. Everything is solved, I think, but I'm not 100% sure because of the snap ending.
I do like how until you find the time device, you can't teleport around the place. You have to work for it, kinda.
All in all, I might not have bought it in the first place had I more of an idea what it was like, but I did and it wasn't a huge ripoff.
I don't recommend this game.
