My trial period went slowly but I was bored so I bought the game. It turned into a pretty good game. The HOS are pretty easy, buy interesting, even when I switched to the expert mode. The area map is cute but pretty useless. Your assistant, Miles the Monkey, is a great idea. If you click the hint button the arrow tells you the direction to go if you get lost. Make sure you play the final (bonus if you will) chapter. It brings the whole story together with a great ending. I usually give the games I play a one or two star--that will give you a idea of this game. Have fun
This is the first card game I have played It has great relaxing music and a great challange of a solitaire game. Inter mixed are some HOG's. They are great because they pertain to the story--not a pile of junk heaped on you. They were not too hard and not too easy. After playing the demo for 20 minutes, I knew I had to purchase it. If you want a nice relaxing game, this is it
Glad I bought it on sale for $4.99. I'd really be ticked if I paid more. The cut scenes and graphics are very good. The game is way too easy. No need for a guide. The sparkles tell it all. Great game for a 5 yr old
The graphics are great as are the cut a way scenes. The hidden objects scenes are really overloaded with stuff that has nothing to do with the game--whatever that is!. After playing for an hour I had no idea where I was heading. The hint button recharges fast but really is no help .
Same old hidden objects which are piles of junk. Very easy to find. The mini games are nothing new or exciting. The game is so easy- you don't need the Guide. I played the first 30 minutes then it was putting me to sleep.
I made a big mistake and bought the CE of this game based on the five stars they got. It had good graphics but thats it. You will have more fun flushing your money down the toilet. The same folks that are giving this high ratings did so also for the CE. Do they work for the company?
A real boring game and rather pointless. The HO scenes are dull- not clear- and loaded with the usual junk. Plus the objects are hidden behind other junk. You may be looking for an axe and all that is visible is a small part of the handle. I can't see giving it any more than 1 star. Perhaps because I just finished playing Lord of Statues - twice- because it was a really fun and different game with great cut a ways and great story line.
A very good story line. The hidden object scenes can be a bit on the hard side-but it is not over loaded with them. There is no need for the CE edition. The little elf in the hint section guides you thru the game. It's something different for a change. The ending is decided by you-- the last choice you make from the inventory determines the end. I liked it! And there's not many I like
