Although the mechanics are a bit clumsy, this is a fun puzzle game that is entertaining and moderately challenging. One thing that makes it enjoyable (rather than frustrating) is that you are not penalized for allowing Bob to fall into oblivion when you don't get it quite right. You just start all over in the level so you can try, try again until you figure it out. If the character movement was more intuitive I would have given it 5 stars. As it is, though, this is a genuine flaw in an otherwise refreshing little game.
This game looked cute and like it might be fun. I liked the idea of characters collaborating to make their way out of the trouble they found themselves in. But the controls are much too difficult to master! Every time I tried to get the second character to walk, all I accomplished was making him move his shield away so that he was no longer protected by it. After the third time he got killed, I moved on to the next scene on the bridge thinking it might get better. No luck!! Here I needed to operate the crane to help rebuild the bridge. Even though they do try to give a thorough description of how to use the crane, the explanation for the crane operation had text overlaid on top of other text, making it impossible to read. After nine minutes of trying to figure out how to play the game, I gave up entirely. Honestly, I've never played anything that was so completely user unfriendly!

This is a fast paced TM game. It's fairly easy and entertaining. However, I did have an issue with the fact that the brother spent all of his time behind the bar and the sister ran around doing 99.9% of the work. Couldn't they have traded off? If you enjoy fast paced TM games with a lot of clicking, this one is pretty good. If you're looking for a little more thinking, planning, and resource management, you should probably give this one a miss.
