I really wish they'd bring back the original kinds of games that they originally made. The 'Shop N Spree' games were so much fun and so much more challenging. These games are nothing but the same ole thing over and over.
I don't recommend this game.

It’s unfortunate that these new “time management” games are simple…the older “westward” games were incredible and challenging. They had such great reviews that I’m pretty shocked they didn’t keep with that theme. It was actually challenging because it took effort. Luckily, it’s been such a long time since they’ve had a game like that that I am SURE it would take off because so many newbies would think that it’s an original type of game. It had quests that you actually had to TRY to figure out, versus this simple click-and-point, as long as you click everything-in-the-correct-order, you’ll pass the level “time-management” game that it’s become. I would promote the crap out of an old-school “Westward” game!
I don't recommend this game.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The other two games rocked and I loved them. I was so very excited for the release of this new game and wanted to play it so badly but I couldn't even finish the demo because I was so upset at the differences from the other games. There is no hidden object / search and find element to this game whatsoever and it's turned into a time management game instead. The only cool thing that I liked was the minigames. I am so disappointed.
I don't recommend this game.

The game had a really strong start. It actually stayed interesting pretty much throughout the entire thing, but there were several glitches that severely impacted the game.
Also, the INCREDIBLY ABRUPT ending was ridiculous. It actually made me very angry (and after reading reviews), several other people . There were literally unfinished parts of the game that needed things from my inventory and such, but the game allowed me to complete it without having finished the other objectives. AND it wouldn't allow you to go back into the game to complete them afterwards!
As I said before, the storyline was engaging, but you eventually become lose because even as you 'find' pages to add to your journal, they are not in any particular order and you end up losing track of which was the 'new' entry and it really confuses the story. Actually, the entire story becomes so convoluted at some point that it becomes irritating. I am very disappointed that I bought this game. Save your money.
I don't recommend this game.

This is one of my favorite games. It has a great re-play value, it is challenging, but not overwhelmingly so, and it is just a lot of fun! I hope that a new one comes out soon!
I recommend this game!

This game had a pretty engaging storyline, but was really boring for some reason. There were almost constant HOS's in the beginning, which took away from the story, and you often get so sidetracked by the HOS's, that you lose track of what you should be doing. The game was not very fun. Save your money.
I don't recommend this game.

This game was pretty lame. There were many scenes which required you to use completely illogical items to complete. The story line was scattered and actually quite boring. The graphics weren't very good, and the game just was lacking in general. I didn't even finish the 60 minute trial, which is unheard of for me. I'm not sure why the other scores for this game are so highly rated.
I don't recommend this game.

This game has some great features that remind me of the original, fun MCF games before they went super LAME. This game is fun and I can't wait until the regular version (non-collector's edition) comes out so I can buy it!
I recommend this game!
