Great fun game, but not challenging. This appears to be a made up game and made longer so it could be bought as a CE. The idea was great but it is not CE material, although it has great potential.
I recommend this game!

Loved the game and level of challenge. HOs and puzzles were unique and outstanding. There were several glitches in the game. Several of the puzzles had no "reset" so I could not make corrections. The makers of this game have such potential, but they are lazy. It was like the game was created in a hurry with nothing extra just to make money.
In all honesty, the makers of sable maze really do create unique games, but once you play the game, there are no extra challenges. Buying the CEs of Sable Maze does not offer anything other than the initial game w/a bonus game. I like replaying games, but there is no incentive for me to replay any Sable Maze game since the result will always be the same.
I had actually purchased 5 of the 6 games, but never got around to playing them until recently. I am still debating whether to purchase the 6th to complete the set, which I might do during a CE sale.
I recommend this game!

I love this game; do not like that I can't go back to complete achievements in the extras section. Didn't see puzzles or HOs in the extras section. I replay puzzles and HOs when they are hard or unusual, and replay games to get better achievements. Could not complete the jigsaw puzzles; did not realize there were six. If you don't care about achievements, etc., buy the game, otherwise, pass it up. I am angry!
I recommend this game!

Loved this game and the challenges and fresh approach to the puzzles and the HOs. What I did not like is that I could not go back and find all the flowers in the extras section. I was really disappointed because I could not play the hidden games. There were no awards for any accomplishment.
I recommend this game!

I loved the game, hated the faint HO graphics, and had to skip all of the puzzles with the colors. First time I ever had to do this. I see one players comments, and I a going to go back to the extras and try to follow the logic. I sort of picked up on the color changes, but could never get it completely, and I consider myself a real geek. I have never skipped a puzzle, but this one did me in.
I recommend this game!

I really loved this game and it was fun until I saw the 21st tank. I stopped playing. What is the purpose of a never ending game? It looks like this game goes to infinity so achieving the awards was a disappointment. I love a challenge, but this was ridiculous.

I loved this game even though it was really long and convoluted. I especially loved the puzzles and interactive HOs and was looking forward to replaying them in the extras section. Unfortunately, since I was late buying and playing this game, I did not realize that games with an "extras" section are a recent trend. This is why I gave it 4.5 stars. This game had some of the best and most unique puzzles I have seen in a while and I hope I run across them in other games. The only other comment is that the bonus game was too short. I do have the entire series though, and would still highly recommend this game, which is how I discovered it.
I recommend this game!

Purchased this game based on reviews and playing NY Mysteries High Voltage, which I absolutely loved.
I am almost at the end of the game, but took a break to look at the reviews, and decided to give my review since I was enjoying it so much.
This is the most challenging game I have played since 2008 (Return to Ravenhearst -- my absolute favorite!!!). This game is not for the faint of heart. It requires real patience, serious deduction, and serious logic.
The graphics and storyline are great. The map is the best and saves me hours of hopping around, particularly since it lets me know where the collectibles are. I love skimming around watching for the hand as much as playing the game! It is like playing a game within a game. I really enjoy how the HOs are done. I recognize many of the puzzles, but they are interactive and all play out in unexpected ways that are quite challenging.
Alas, while I love the challenge of a methodically logical puzzle and will not let it conquer me, I finally found a game where I actually had to skip 3 puzzles and have not even finished playing the game -- that is how challenging this game is, and that is playing on the easy level!. There has never been a puzzle I could not solve, so I could not believe I actually hit the skip button, but I knew I would become obsessed and not finish the game any time soon. This is why I gave the fun factor a 4. Fortunately, I know I can go back and replay the puzzles at my leisure because I actually enjoy the challenge of solving puzzles. Then, as Sherlock Holmes says, "the game will be afoot", when I replay the game again.
I recommend this game!

I bought the game based on the reviews and loved it. The puzzles were not really difficult, but the "Diascope" in the extras section really hooked me. I actually keep going back to play that section, and in fact, keep the game on my desktop just to keep playing it.
The map was absolutely a huge help and I used it constantly throughout the game. I liked the way collectibles were done because while the map showed me the area they were in, they were not always that easy to locate, especially the beyond items. But, it allowed me to be relaxed searching the area at my leisure #sometimes for 30 or more minutes, LOL. I actually enjoyed looking for the items more that playing the game, and forgot the storyline. I don't play with sound on any game because it is too distracting. I was not particularly fond of the way the HOs were done, and while I did not use the hint button, I did use the SG once, only to learn it was no help with the HOs, which actually had me clicking all over the screen, LOL. I highly recommend this game, particularly for the "Diascope".
I recommend this game!

I purchased the game because it was EIPIX, and had planned to purchase others. After the Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide, I was sooooo hooked and guess I expected more of the same, particularly in the extras and achievement sections. I thought I would get to go back and find all the crayons and toys, but alas, it was not to be. I only accomplished 6 achievements.
I am really good, but there is no way anyone can finish this game in five (5) hours! The red circles alone took me 5 days before I solved it once, and it really is unfair to ask a player to solve it three (3) times.
I was so looking forward to the extras and really love replaying the puzzles, especially the pong game and the red circles. The puzzles were fun and creative, although I recognized a couple of scenes that were variations from other game puzzles, but I really enjoyed them. I can't recall the game, but I recognized the red circles and really glad I can keep playing them over and over. I solved it 7 times, but still cannot figure out the logic to solve it quickly – and 3 times?????. Puleese!!!
The graphics were crisp and I enjoyed the story line. I don’t play with sound so I read everything and even enjoyed the comments in the credit section. The HOs were just the right amount of difficulty and I liked that there were a lot of them – (5 hours).
I give this game a 4 only because I cannot go back and improve on my achievements. I am not going to replay the game just to find the crayons and the one toy I missed! There is no time incentive/gold medal and so no incentive for me to go back and play the HOs, but I enjoy them anyway.
I recommend this game; however, EIPIX has a tough act to follow after the Little Mermaid and Purple Tide.
I recommend this game!
