This isn't your typical HOG. I think I would categorize it as more of an adventure game if anything. The graphics are top notch and if you're looking for something that is visually appealing, then you should definitely give this game a try. I find most HOG too easy, and this was not the hardest game I have ever played, but it wasn't so easy that it became boring. The developers really put effort into making the game fun.

The Drawn series is by far my favorite of any Hidden Object series. The graphics are unique, stunning, and well animated. The game itself is unique and different from all other hidden object games as well. This is the first in the series and I was not disappointed. I played this specific game awhile ago so I don't remember much about the storyline, but I know that it is challenging and I promise you will not be disappointed if you purchase the game. If you like less traditional hidden object games and more adventure games, then you will love this game. You are mainly trying to move through the game, rather than finding items and solving a mystery.
NO other game out there has the detailed imagery and flat like graphics that this game has. Absolutely keeps you intrigued and you won't be able to stop playing.

Blue Tea Games always has beautiful graphics, but the games aren't challenging enough. The Hidden Object scenes are really easy and if you just kind of click/tap around you could find all the objects. The puzzles, on the other hand, are more challenging and actually require some brain power. If there was more variety in regards to the Hidden Object scenes, I think the Dark Parable games would be much more entertaining.
If you are looking for something to play while you're bored, then I would recommend, but if you want to be challenged/a game that will keep your interest, then I would not recommend.
