It's definitely a busy game compared to the others in the series. I particularly enjoy the side quests and upgrading my hospital. Replaying levels doesn't bother me as much as it does other players. I can usually achieve the 5 stars after playing 3-4 times (at most), with upgrades of course.
The reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because it can sometimes get stressful and I prefer my time management games to be a little less stressful.
Not for everyone, but I'm enjoying it a lot!
I recommend this game!

The game itself is not bad, though it is a bit too easy at times. It gets repetitive after a while and not enough businesses. It has potential, but needs upgrades.
