Humorous story & characters. Game plays like Angry Birds but I like it better. Not too hard but I only played demo and it got harder as you advanced. Will probably purchase because I enjoyed it & it's something different. I'm tired of the gloom & doom games.
I recommend this game!
Cargo flight 821 has crashed on an uncharted, beautiful and deadly planet. Your only companion is the trustworthy robot, Oscar and together you must escape.

Much better game than current 3 stars rating. Has challenge without frustration. Interesting, different story line with some humor (no gloom or fairyland). If you like lots of hints & guidance might not like this game as it has minimal. For me, that was part of the challenge. My criticisms: graphics could be better: great colors but graphics a little fuzzy. Also found cursor very location sensitive in regards to tasks. Cursor indicator signals small and at first were hard for me to tell what they were. But overall a fun, enjoyable game.
I recommend this game!

Not sure it was the game off or me. Either I didn't understand or the game is messed up or just difficult. I'm not an idiot and I'm usually good at these "line up the pipes" puzzles but I couldn't complete the first puzzle in the easy mode. Maybe I should just go to bed -but none the less I deleted the demo before completing it.
I don't recommend this game.

Worth it for the wonderful graphics, characters and beautiful colors. Don't be put off by "Dead" in the title. This is a fun, humorous game - not grim, dark or morbid at all. Artistic graphics, creative mini puzzles -different from the usual. Lots & lots of backtracking & running back & forth from here to there -which I'm not a fan of. But I didn't mind as much because the rest of the game is so cool. My only complaint is the operation (the pointer) is slow to react or inconsistent: needing to be very precise in some areas and then broad in others. Maybe it's better on a PC (I have a MAC).
I recommend this game!

I don't get it -all the glowing reviews. I only played part of the demo. I found nothing compelling or original in this typical Adventure/ HO game. Easy, not much of a challenge & boring. But the worse part for me: the daughter character's voice- fingers on a blackboard to me & very annoying. I quit after about 20 minutes of play.
I don't recommend this game.
The lighthouse fails and darkness invades Willow Ridge. Your husband runs into the forest for answers, unaware of the shadow hunting him.

I'd like to give it 3.5 stars. Stupid story but a good one to wrap some cool graphics around. A pretty typical Adventure/HO game. If you like clear hints & map to tell you what to do next, this has got it but it's easy enough that you won't need too many.
After inheriting a manor in England, you begin to explore the Kangale Estate and discover its history!

I'm not a die hard adventure gamer especially the abundance of dark & grim story lines. All the running around willy nilly looking for stuff can be annoying, But this one I like and bought. I'm not sure why: its got the grim story and there's lots of running around & back tracking but it seem to follow a more logical sequence. Not too hard but enough challenge to make it interesting & excercise your brain.
I recommend this game!

I guess I'm in the minority with this rating. I only played demo but found game too easy even in timed mode. It was somewhat appealing because I'm tired of all the doom & gloom games but need more of a challenge. I never needed the hints nor the other help features.
Nog has been sent on an epic quest in search of gems. Help him prove to the skeptical Elders that he has what it takes to be a true gem collector!

No brains needed but a good eye & quick hand. I like it because it's different. If you're tired of the same old HO, Adventure, Time Mgmt, Match3, etc. this is a great change of pace. Sort of combines elements of all types of games into something totally new. Hard to describe but lots of fun. Try it. You might like it.
I recommend this game!
Solve riddles and find Hidden Objects in Hidden Object Crossword, a unique blend of two incredible styles of gameplay!

Boring. 5 minutes into the demo and I had enough. I tried to stick it out longer as I like crosswords and I like simple HO games. I don't need a story or big adventure. But this was just slow and dull and the music is bad, very bad.
I don't recommend this game.
