When downloading this I expected something special, because of the description. Rarely have I been more disappointed. When was this made? In the late 1980s?
Everything is grainy, items are easy to spot, but make nothing makes any sense. The story line, if you want to call it that, sucks! The music made me feel aggressive after about five minutes and it repeated over and over again, only interrupted by some violin piece, when all items where found. There is no volume control for either music or sound. So you can switch it on or off, that's it.
If the description had been more honest, I would not have wasted the time it took download and given the poor quality, I really wonder where exactly the over 1G in this file are hidden.
This is an older business simulation, in which the emphasis is on the developing a thriving business, with very little to start with. There is little to no story line, which doesn't really matter to me. The story is to beat your opponents and get a big slice of this market. You do that by tweaking your products due to what the market demands, investing into your production line, office, products and marketing.
I enjoy these type of games. It's just business without any story and I wish they'd make more business simulations with the possibilities that are around today.
I recommend the game to those who enjoy business, but advise to do the trial first.
The miracle of the Green Moon, which flourished with plants of all kinds, had lasted for only a few moments. A cataclysm made the Moon lifeless again. Find out why!

I bought the first Green Moon ages ago and only just finished playing it last week. To be honest, the game survived longer than the many pc's I had loaded it on. When I saw Green Moon II a while ago, I thought I need to try it and I did tonight and I bought after the intro!
These games are amaaaaaaaazing! They remind me a bit of Myst. At first you just stroll about picking up items, not knowing what to do and slowly the penny drops and at this moment you're IN IT!
I don't want to give anything away about the first Green Moon and can't give anything away about Green Moon II (I only just passed the intro) but I know I will love it.
A quick note to the developers of this game: You do know that are many moons in the universe? Just keep them coming but at be at least as good the two Green Moons or even better.
Loving this game and please do get the first, it's a gem.
The grave of the first emperor of China is thought to be a bit as in this game, but it can't be proven that it exists. The only thing that is proven, is an unusual amount of mercury beneath the ground in the area where it is thought to be.
As if this alone wouldn't be mystery enough, the developers just couldn't resist but spoiling everything by adding some annoying scientists and archaelogists, one of which turns out to be a complete nutcase.
By the time I finished the demo I really had enough and I won't be buying it, no matter how great the artwork is (the puzzles are ridiculously easy) and I can't recommend it.
I was hoping for a loner finding the tomb, sneaking inside without the knowledge of the authorities. That could have even allowed for a part 2. But like that and with such pathetic characters and puzzles? No Chance! Not every mystery with a possibility of existing requires a character suffering from megalomania.

I fail to understand to harsh negative reviews. The game is very old school regarding the interface, which can be noticed when doing the free trial.
It's a good mix between HO Scenes, puzzles and storyline, the puzzles being from easy to medium in difficulty. Some hints are hidden in the conversations, which I think is great.
Graphics are good, sound is good, the bonus scenes at the end give some background information. So all in all a good game.
I recommend it, but advise to do the trial first. What you experience during the trial is what you get.

The graphics are crude, the game play is older than most games, the game is old-fashioned and boring and I hope BFG will continue, because with games of the kind of the most recent ones, I do have doubts.

I played one round against the computer and felt I really wasted my time. The program first didn't give me a chance, but once it had all but one puppets at home, it just seemed to let me win. In reality this would be very unlikely to happen.
It also has some strange rule-settings, such as that kicking out an opponent's puppet is not obligatory, you don't have to leave your own start-field when you have more than one puppets in the game and you jump over your puppets inside the house. I know that there are variations regarding the rules, so it would have made sense, if an option to adjust them would have been added.
I stick to the real board game. It much more fun and sociable to sit with four to six players around a table. Along with crisps/chips and some popcorn.

Wow! I just finished the trial and feeling thrilled.
This a shooter and it reminded me of a Space game I used to play in an arcade, when a game console with only one game needed its own room.
You can choose between the arrow keys and the mouse to play this game. I prefer the mouse. However, after a while it did hurt my hand and lower arm a bit. Probably a sign of middle-age and lack of fitness or maybe a mix between both. The game is very fast paced and it took my a few 'game overs' to figure out when I can collect to boost up my space ship and what I should better avoid. The music is very Starwarsy and dramatic. I really love the game and will purchase it. It makes a nice change to the usual games I play (HO, Strategy, Puzzle, Large File) and it really is a no-brainer and a good way to get rid of frustration. Just fire away and fry the chickens from the Henterprise with your laser guns.
This game is very easy, but I liked the subject matter and the creepiness of it. Items in the HO Scenes can be easily spotted. Some items require assembling or completing things. I really enjoyed them.
The puzzles are easy and there are not as many repeats of puzzles, as other games of this nature have. One puzzle required the use of a cigar-cutter and that was perfectly cringe-worthy when it comes to creepiness :-) .The story line could have done with a bit more work and I found a few translation issues, but over all it was a good effort.
I played the game in advanced mode and it took me about three hours. Now that is not very long, but I enjoyed to play a game that wasn't over-worked. Makes a nice change and it lends itself for somebody who has never played this sort of game.
I recommend the game, but would advise to do the trial before buying.
