I kind of like the game. Not spectacular, but good. Reading the reviews I wasn't sure I should even try. But first thing was change to the big letter/number card face. Then I could read them. I changed the back of the cards to a pattern I thought I would be able to see well. Then I played!
Got through the first 3 levels ok. Then level 4 was kind of a stinker. But the solution is to buy a wild card and you'll get through it ok!
I bought other stuff too. The good part is once you buy a wild card, it seems to stay for each level! Don't have to go back and buy a new one. Good thing too since they are expensive.
I agree there isn't much strategy you can do to win since it's a match 2 game. But if you get some power ups going, it could be relaxing to play.
I bought this game and I'm very sorry I did. The levels are all timed (WAY TOO SHORT) or number of moves. If you like playing levels over and over and over and over.... maybe you'll like it. Would have been a nice game.
I'm very disappointed. The game doesn't cross off the numbers when you click out the tiles. Or, sometimes it does. It wasn't fun for that reason. I didn't buy it. I love these kind of games, just not the interface for this one.
The one thing I did like about the game was the number were big and I could see them without having to put my eye on the screen.
I love this game. It's physics with some sticky thrown in. Not angry birds, but along those lines. You put bombs around the monsters to try to knock them off the screen. Kind of like golf, you get more points if you are under par using the bombs.
If you keep trying one way and you can't zero in to get the monsters, try it's opposite to see what happens.
You also have brainless ones. These you have to leave on the screen while getting rid of the monsters.
I'm about half way through. Some screens are DIFFICULT to get done. I have a couple that I go back to, but still can't quite get. I'll keep trying.
The one thing I don't like is that the game doesn't save the sound OFF setting. It's turned on each time I go into the game. VERY tacky of the programmers.
Travel to distant planets, solve new puzzles, and save Wonderland from the menace of the Z-Bots in the last installment of the Wonderland Adventures trilogy.
I love the Wonderland games. This is no exception. A game almost anyone can play, but some of the levels take some thinking. You never know what the next level is like. You don't usually have to play them in order. They just make me laugh!
The game is ok for match 3, until you get past the one hour/demo stage. For me, the bug and then the vines that regrow are NOT relaxing. Yes, you can play past the timer which is why I bought the game. But I can't relax when I'm waiting for that stuff to refill the board. I'm sorry I bought it. I won't play the rest.
I liked the game a lot. But it was timed, so I won't buy it. I think it would have gotten more difficult as the levels went on. You kind of move and shoot the blocks to match them. Fun to figure out how to get the most points.
I play in relaxed mode and it is relaxing and fun. Nice match 3 game. I only played 30 min of the demo and bought it. I like M3 games that don't make me stressed out.
I am disappointed with this one. I've loved and bought all the Big City Adventures. I love the tidbits of information on the place, and the HOGs have always been enjoyable. Good graphics and usually fun mini games.
However, this game, the HOG items are often very tiny. Not just well hidden, which I can appreciate. I'm just not enjoying this one. If I have to stick my eye on the screen for it to be big enough to see an item, I don't want to play.
I won't just blindly buy Big City Adventure anymore.
