love the game but need more directons

Favorite Genre(s):Hidden Object, Mahjong, Match 3, Time Management
i love the graphics and the storyline is fine but i get to a certain level and cannot find any way to move on. i've restarted this game 3x and something always prevents me from finishing a level amd there are no proper directions to help me move on. i cannot even find a walkthrough so i guess for me it's a waste of money.
