I read reviews before I demo'd so I knew not to expect a true Adelantado sequel. Keeping that in mind I think it's a good game. I did purchase it and am through the first book. I have only had to repeat levels to find secrets I missed. So far in normal 3 stars and finding the secrets is very achievable. I would prefer queuing tasks (let the game keep up with me, lol). I am playing normal mode because of the queuing thing, One good thing is you don't have to wait for a worker to go all the way back to go to another task if they are not carrying anything. I don't turn the sound on so I don't have anything to add about the music. I am enjoying it and would encourage others who haven't played the Adelantado's to play this first. It will make you enjoy the true Adelantado's even more. I still go back and play those and look forward to a real sequel. I'm just happy to have a decent TM game to play, they are few are far between.
I have only played half of the trial. It reminds me of the Westward games, only not as detailed and challenging. If I could do a 3 1/2 star rating I would. Advanced players may not find the challenge they are looking for with this one. If you like building games with a western theme this one is okay. I easily got gold on all of the levels in the 30 minutes I played, I'm not sure yet if I will purchase.
I am an avid TM player and after reading glowing reviews I gave it a try. I'm glad I used a half off coupon to purchase this game because it was a disappointment. The only pro I found was being able to que tasks. Items are hard to click on and is one of the most irritating things I encountered. The main character is sooo slow, is another irritant. She moves much slower than the workers, just slowly strolls to the final task to finish the level. I'm not impressed by the graphics, some characters are too big and get in the way of being able to select items. I have just about every TM game you can name. Several I have played multiple times, this won't be one of those. I don't think I will even finish it.

I have enjoyed this game very much so far. I like the challenges and being able to replay levels to go for gold. One of the best TMs I have played in awhile.
