My review is based on the demo. This just didn't grab me. It was one of the few times I was glad the demo was over. I can't think of anything I didn't like, it just wasn't my cup of tea. I recommend you try the demo before buying.
I recommend this game!

I only played the trial and that was enough to let me know that I didn't want to pay for this game. There are standard HOS and I didn't come across any puzzles.
You travel around an island using a taxi and occasionally you have to return to the airport to look at a brochure before you can move on to the next location. Each location has only one thing to do so you don't carry inventory with you very long. The hint button helps somewhat but could be better. I felt lost most of the time and didn't enjoy playing the game.
I don't recommend this game.

This review is based on the completed game.
I enjoyed the game but felt it was a bit tedious at times. No need to by the CE though the SG would have been helpful on some of the games. The skip loads pretty quickly though.
You have an interactive map that shows where an action can be taken and you can jump to that location by clicking on the map. If you dont' use the map, there is a lot of back and forth.
I thought some of the HOS were a bit too dark but I was able to find the items without using the hint button.
I don't usually skip the video portions because I know someone worked hard to put them in there but I did on this one for some reason. I guess the game just didn't grab me.

I have only played the demo but this is a buy for me. A good story line with good graphics. You are trying to rescue your brother at your grandfather's mountain resort. Someone is using crystals to change the plants and animals so you also need to help with that.
- Puzzles are challenging but not impossible. - Achievements to be had and morphing objects to be found. - Encountered three types of HOS: standard HOS, IHOS where you place the object where it belongs, and IHOS where you find the outlined object to find the next needed object. Not too many HOS, just the right amount in the demo.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed this game from beginning to end. The puzzles were challenging and the HOS scenes were just cluttered piles. Collecting turtles, shells and sea creatures added to the game as did the achievements. An interactive map is always a plus for me in a game and this one told where actions could be taken and allowed me to jump to the location. I recommend this game as a CE.
I recommend this game!

This is a standard HOG, no bells or whistles. There is one level of play and sparkles lead you through the game so there is really no challenge at all. HOS are around every corner and the games were easy to solve. Some scenes are too dark which make it difficult to find what you are looking for and some of the hidden objects are not named correctly so you either click all over or use the hint button which does refill fast. I don't recommend this game unless you like old-school HOGs.
I don't recommend this game.

This review is based on the demo. A good game for a relaxing afternoon. I didn't find it too challenging. Mini-games are enough of a challenge. Encountered on standard hidden object area and a couple of find a certain number of things. Story line is good, you are trying to find and save your daughter.
I will use a code on this when it comes out as a SE but nothing there to make it worth buying as a CE unless you count a bonus chapter.
I recommend buying this when it comes out as a SE, not as a CE.
I don't recommend this game.

I'm sure there is an audience out there for this game but unfortunately I'm not part of it. You are a hypnotist and have been called to a help the patients of a missing doctor. This is a point and run type game. You tell the character where to walk and which item to use. After hypnotizing each patient, you have to fight each phobia to collect items you need to help heal the patient. Fights can be skipped though. The characters and scenes are nicely drawn and you can click through the dialogue.
I didn't encounter any hidden object scenes in the trial. Overall I found this to be a very easy game.
I don't recommend this game.

This review is based on the demo. Love Story: The Way Home was glitchy for me. I had to force-close it twice and then just gave up. It is a pleasant game and a nice break from the usual gloomy HOGs. The HOSs are interactive and not too difficult. There are three levels of play. Two points of view, one from the main character and one from her sailor love. The games were not too difficult, at least the few I played before I stopped playing.
I don't recommend this game.
