Played through the 60 minutes and I can't spend any money on it.
This is a somewhat free-form, sim type game. The pace is quite slow, akin to a pay to play game about halfway through.
Buy a garage, fix cars.
Buy a car wash, clean cars.
Buy your own cars and fix them. Early on, you get very little money for this.
Buy a paint shop... this is when the concept of trends (introduced early on) FINALLY comes into play. If you paint a car the trending color you get 20% more money.

About the time the game started picking up speed, my demo ended. Oh well.
BTW, what's the point of advertisements? The game offers no explanation, unless i missed it.
I don't recommend this game.
