As reported in many threads here I also got stuck on level 28, the raccon count just did not go down. Now the developers provided a bugfix update, and hooray, level 28 went smoothly (albeit with different level goals). But don't get too exited: The racoon problem is back - on level 30... Nice game with good challenge, but those racoons drive me crazy.
This could have been a really good, challenging game. I'm really into mosaics and enjoyed the challenge. But the missing autofill for the remaining empty squares once you have identified all the filled ones is really annoying. So sorry, no game for me...
Violett is reluctant to move to the dreary countryside. But when a strange light lures her to into a world of magic, she may never find herself bored again!
(based on the trial) I liked the graphics and I don't mind to have to find out for myself what to do. I would like, though, to have some basic tutorial on the controls.
Because the controls (which means, waggeling with your mouse) are waaaay to fuzzy - even after I knew what to do it took me ages. For example the mouse and cat dropping matchsticks: I don't know how many times I tried to "wave" the dropped sticks to the shore untile I succeeded with one. Only to find out I needed more! That's the point I gave up.
(Review is based on Trial Version) - It took me roughly 25 minutes to get through the demo - reading all letters and not skipping any HOG or puzzles. A quick glance in the Strategy Guide shows that the Demo covers roughly one third of the overall game (judging by the page numbers). This is just too short... - Every screen-change takes too long for my liking (my computer is comparatively fast). - Finally - as stated before by others: The label "Gorgeous graphics" would have been OK a couple of years ago - now I expected more... (music is OK, though!)
