SInce I LOVE all Mystery Case Files games,although some are of the older ones,I was excited to see this new game. It blends HOG and puzzles and other intriguing games to keep you interested. It is a long game,well worth the price,and then the BONUS game is just as long as some of the other stand alone games I have played. Then there are other bonus games,which
include the HOGs and puzzles from the main game. The graphics are beautiful,and it has many challenging mini games that I loved because they were different from the run of the mill puzzles I have seen over and over. Elephant Games has combined with Mystery Case Files to bring us this exceptional game!.

The graphics and storyline were not up to par with the many other ND games I have played. I could not wait to finish the game and be done with it. I expected much more since it is one of the newer games,but was very disappointed.
Once upon a time in the small, undistinguished town of Silentville people started disappearing. Help uncover the mystery behind these disappearances and save the town from a curse!

This started out fine,and I thought it would be a great game. Then when I logged in again,the startup scene was half of the computer screen,and some of the options were hidden. I finally got it to get to 3/4 of the screen,and then I had sound problems. I reinstalled it and same result. I tried again and it started off half screen then adjusted itself.
The graphics are beautiful,but it is exceedingly annoying to click on the hint screen,and it takes you to another scene where you are supposed to use something in your things you have acquired. There is no clear indication which it may be.
The HO are vague and small, and you need to get one object to complete the whole item,but you can't make out what the item you have clicked on IS! I have a 23" screen,so that is not the problem.
Altogether one of the most frustrating games I have ever played on Big Fish,and I have played MANY!

Well worth the 6.99 I got this for on a weekend sale. It has many puzzles which are different and no HO. Beautiful graphics and the music fit the game. I am very picky because I have played these games for many years,so I recommend it and

I was given this game,and really ,really hate it, It starts off with very nice graphics and storyline, but then spirals down to hidden objects that are tiny and indistinguishable from the background. It is a joke to think anyone could see them well! I have a 23" screen,and I could pick out just a few of them.
The main character Jade Rousseau is a detective investigating a crime in a remote mountainous village. I also detest her snarky voice which says," I REALLY need to concentrate",when you click on the wrong object.( Actually she says EVERYTHING in a snarky, sarcastic voice. lol !)
It could have been a really good game if they had decent sized, and drawn HO to find, and a more appealing main character. Looks like they didn't want to spend the time to make it a quality game.Save your money and get something else.
I don't recommend this game.

I am hypercritical of games since I have played so many,but this one is one of my favorites. I love the Scopa game,and saved it on my computer and play it all the time. It is quite challenging,but I beat the computer most of the time. : )
I recommend this game!

This game had beautiful graphics,and I would have loved it IF there were hints,and not so much walk,walk,walking around of the main character. You had to walk her through one area to another,and of course could have her jog around from place to place,but still time consuming. Some of the puzzles were vague,and without the walkthrough I would have been lost. If there had been hints,and checklist of sorts,maybe I would have enjoyed it more. This is a loooong game that I couldn't wait to finish and get over with.
I don't recommend this game.

While this game had beautiful graphics,the fragmented hidden objects in practically every other scene were annoying. To top it off ,the objects were so tiny and many blended in to the background so much,that I had to just click randomly all over and use the hint button quite a bit. It is a long game,and would have great entertainment except for the HO scenes that you could not skip. Another thing I didn't like was that there was no hint available when you were on a location and you weren't sure where you needed to go next or what you needed to do. The minigames were easy though. I am glad I only paid 2.99 for it!
I don't recommend this game.
Hallowed Legends: Samhain
