has been 3 days going around trying to find a large chest to jump and find the bird, try to jump on every corner, every chest and so far still lost. there is no way out but to way I come in from. can I have some help please........

I was wondering if there is anybody that can help with the game. I just finish the 3rd tower and I have been for more then 4 hours trying to get out of the cave that we jump. There is no help, my supplies is almost gone and I can't find my way out.
