The first thing to notice was the forced tutorial, something I absolutely hate in a game.
Then shortly into the the game came a task which will be forever undoable, since there is no options to quit it, and the game wants you to sent out emails, without providing the means to do so.
Placement controls for things that goes on the floors are fine. But when you have to place things on the walls, you have to click back and forth, and will sometimes "drop" the item so you have to look it up in the shop again. It would've been better if it also had slide controls.
I liked that it had windowed mode, and that it gave you a couple of options for how big you wanted the window.
I don't recommend this game.

Overall it's like pretty much like all other tower defense games, which is fine as I like that genre. Yet it's still different enough from from their previous games that it seems like a new game. Especially with the graphics upgrade.
If I actually played these kind of games in fullscreen I would definitely buy this game. Unfortunately I prefer windowed mode. And while that option is available, the window is too big and cannot be resized...
Also not a big fan of tutorials that forces you to takes steps rather than just explaining them. Especially if those steps use up resources that will be "hard to get" later on. But after a first playthrough there is always the option of replaying without the tutorial on...

Not my kind of game. But I really wish it was, cause I love the graphics, and the sounds wasn't annoying.
And another thing I really loved about the game, was that you could customize the size windowed mode (really wish more games were like that).
Won't be getting it myself, but would definitely recommend it for friends who does like this kind of game.
I recommend this game!

Only played it for less than a day. So far I've run into 2 HOG scenes with multiple items matching what I'm supposed to find, but only one of the items being the correct one.
Imo they should also make it so energy refreshes faster, or the HOG scenes cost less. Having to wait hours for 50 sec gameplay is frustrating, Even if I bought the $50 pack I'm not sure it would even be enough for 1 hour. Unless I bought several of them to increase max energy, and then the food that fills up the energy meter.
Personally I want more out of a game than 6-10 minutes gameplay a day (and that's including the meter being filled when I wake up).
I don't recommend this game.

I liked the first version, but never bought it do to a few problems, so stuck with the free version.
It only took a few minutes to see that those problems were fixed, and a few more minutes before I bought this game. It's always nice when developers pay attention.
While the overall gameplay is the same, the challenges are new. And the units have been changed a bit aswell which helps make this a "new" game instead of just more of the same.
I recommend this game!

Not a fan of forced steps in tutorials, I kept the tutorial on, since the first part told about the new stealth units, I didn't want to risk missing something else.
So after each completed level I had to either upgrade the guns, or restart the game (after EVERY level). Those who completed the first game will know gems shouldn't be wasted like that.
I'm also not sure why they offer a windowed mode, when the window still takes up the majority of the screen. The last is a dealbreaker for me. The game doesn't realle need "complete and full attention", so this would be the kind of game I play while wathing movies or youtube.
The trial wasn't enough to know if they ironed out the bugs form the first game that was never fixed (game freezes, occationally returning to default settings on its own etc).
I don't recommend this game.

No sound control

Not a fan of games where I can't control the volume of game sounds/music, or turn them off completely.
I do love tower defence games, and was thrilled when I saw this one offered. But the sounds killed it for me.
I don't recommend this game.
