This is a beautiful game with a sci-fi type theme that's interesting, fun, & was well worth my time & $$. Integrated SG, map, good voice-overs, well done cut scenes, great audio effects, decent puzzles, added-interest HOscenes, cool story... This could have been a CE except for the lack of wall papers, music, & the other extras i don't care for anyway. I've had a hard time finding games i really like lately, & was quite happy with this one. These devs did a fine job, & i expect the (implied) follow up could be even better. I'll be watching for it, for sure. Thanks, bfg!
I recommend this game!

This game served to remind me of why i love the Midnight Mysteries series: absolutely wonderful atmosphere, a few jump-in-your-chair scares, a good story that held my interest 'til the end. Played straight thru for hours & never got bored for a minute. The integrated SG is a nice bonus; puzzles are fun; HOscenes are well done, not difficult, & not over abundant. I do like voice overs, but imo the MM stories are so well done without them that lack of voice doesn't seem to matter. I didn't find all the blasted clovers, but as with the other MM's, this has definite replay value, & i'll get 'em sooner or later:) Have fun with this one!

I think my favorite part of this game was the artwork that provided a nice, spooky atmosphere, appropriately ghostly for the story. Going back & forth between the ghostly realm & the real world was an interesting & fun touch. HOs were well done & not difficult, tho i had to concentrate a bit harder picking out items in the more glaringly lit atmosphere of the ghost realm. There were some voice overs, which were decent. I also liked the fact that once tasks were completed in the different locations, they were tagged "area cleared"; it eliminated a lot of useless trekking about. I don't think this is a very challenging game at all, but then, there's something to be said for a relaxing game & a fun story (especially after a head full of MCF EFR & Dorian Gray Syndrome, whew!). Also, it seemed pretty short to me, but i got it in the CE sale so i'm not bummed about that, tho i might have been if i'd paid full CE price. The SE should be fine, but **Possible Spoiler** the CE extra gameplay definitely led in a direction that seems to promise a sequel, & i liked this story enough to look for the follow up - the story's worthy of that, hopefully ramped up a bit on the difficulty level.
I recommend this game!

I was really impressed with this game - an excellent psychological thriller that obviously took a great deal of thought & talent to put together. The atmosphere is immersive, the play area Huge (you're gonna cover some ground in this one). Graphix are great. Sound fx/music are an integral part of the mood, rather than sitting on top of the game as a distraction. I know some folks aren't crazy about a lot of talk in a game, but i think the voice acting is very well done, & really enhances the maniacal twist of the "villain" (who is seriously twisted). The story & gameplay remained interesting throughout, including good puzzles, not too many HOs, lots of areas to explore. I was into it for a good long time & was happy with length of playtime. And yeah, it is dark, eerie, real creepy... and excellent. Thanks to bfg & Majicindie for this excellent piece of work. Kudos, devs!
I recommend this game!
