As pennmom36 said, it is the same principle as previous games in the Chronicles series and also the Enthralling series. What I find annoying is on some of the levels the items to match are so close in color and style it is hard to differentiate items for older eyes. This detracts from the game, but maybe the similarities are intentional to make it more challenging.

When I started the demo, I felt I had played the game before. I did some checking and it appears to be a release of NiBiRu but in a much shortened version. Maybe this is going the way of Syberia and being released in 3 or 4 parts as it is much smaller than NiBiRu but the Prague Bridge, artist, apartment building and interior are all the same. Definitely won't be getting this as I will just get out my NiBiRu and replay.

This game is awesome! The graphics are exceptionally good, especially for a card game. The story line is interesting and the music is pleasing. I love the voiceovers! They are much better than some of the canned comments in other solitaire games. I was hesitant about this as my favorite, up to this point, was Fairway Solitaire. I may never go back to that game. Anyone liking card games should certainly give this a try.
A very pleasant hidden object/adventure game. There were more minigames than hidden object scenes and for those who are a bit overindulged in hidden object games, this should be right their alley. I found the minigames rather easy, except for the last 2, but thoroughly enjoyed them. It is nice to have a reasonable idea of what to do and where to go.
I did find the music a bit of a turnoff but all in all it fit the story well. There could have been more voiceovers and less reading as I thought this detracted from the flow.
The graphics were bright and clear which is a nice change from the games where the hidden object scenes were done in sepia or brown tones.
One of the most interesting games to come along in a long time. A wonderful mix of things to do. If you are into achievements, there are many things to collect to obtain the awards.
I thought the music fit the story very well. I only wish there were more voiceovers and less dialog to read.
The art and graphics were superb. It just goes to show other developers the game doesn't have to be dark and dreary in appearance to get the story line across.
A very nice hidden object game. The story made sense and kept my interest. The graphics were clear and determining where to go and what to do was pleasant. Very little scratching my head wondering, "What now?" Quite a few games recently have had runes but I think this game was one of the more interesting ones.
One on the more pleasant games I have played recently. The interactive map is a big plus, especially with so many scenes. The voiceovers were very well done. The hidden object scenes were junk piles but acceptable. There were also some very interesting puzzles which could be skipped. The story was interesting to me in that there was no killing or deaths (what a treat!) I found the music to be soothing. I was disappointed when it ended.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
I did demo this before buying and was intrigued. However, I was very disappointed where the story continued. It might be a psychological thriller to some, but to me it was just gross. I was sorry I bought this game. I certainly won't be buying any more Ravenhurst games. I have to say the first two were most enjoyable but I am having trouble finishing this one.
The story and graphics were terrible and many of the puzzles made little sense. Sorry BF, not my cup of tea.
