So what happened with me was, I started the game and it began with a wierd ride on a fast train. I finally figured out what I was supposed to do and talked to the sparkly driver and then jumped out of the train. Then the game went into the change-over screen with a quote... and that took at least two minutes to finally finish doing what it was doing. Then the next scene was about two minutes and then the change-over was long again... and that kept up until the trial was over. I am glad I tried this game before I bought it or I would have ended up really annoyed. By the way, I never got passed the police officer's dream. Yup, that first one at the clinic place. So... not interested in buying it, for sure. And won't recommend it either.
I truly enjoyed the two Yard Sale games and have played them through several times over the years. However, I just reinstalled them to my computer (Windows 8) and can no longer play them. I'm not sure if there has been an update to them to allow them to be played on a Windows 8 machine. I have tried to make the computer able to read the game but it doesn't go back to Windows 98, which these games use. Anyway, a very fun game if you can play it.
