After reading some of the other reviews I wasn't quite sure if I was going to like this game, but I gave it a chance and I'm really glad that I did. I typically enjoy many different types of games, but anything with Fairies and I'm usually "In". I also have enjoyed many of the Youda Games; especially Youda Sushi Chef, the first one, not #2. It is one of my favorite games and I have replayed it so many times I can't even remember the number.
I honestly can't say there is an elaborate story that goes along with this game, but the Fairies themselves are Colorful & Cute and I really enjoy the little ponds where you must "hatch" them. As the game goes along you encounter more creatures that do everything they can to hamper your catching of the little colored sprites that turn into the Fairies. First, of course, you grapple with Frogs who want their lily pads back, moving onto larger Lizards, Toads, etc. Just so many obstacles and irritants that, despite what others have said, make finishing with the best time possible sometimes daunting. Luckily, you can go back and replay each level if you want to in order to better your time. Your main Foe throughout the game is an Evil Witch that wants to destroy the Villages & Villagers by starting Fires, locking up your Fairy Lanterns so the Fairies can't Escape to help the Villagers, etc. Just so many different things you don't know what she is going to do next. Of course, at the end of most levels you have money you get to spend on Upgrading the Town Castle. With each improvement, it has an effect on your Fairies to either help them or, luckily, make it harder for your Foes to interfere with their work.
I haven't yet completed the entire game, but I am having a heck of a lot of fun trying. Give Youda Fairy a chance. It's not really just a kid's game. You, too, might find it an Enchanting Surprise.
I recommend this game!

There are already a couple of great reviews of this game, but I thought I would add my "two-cents". I had no idea what the story was behind the making of this game. It is wonderful that so many great actors donated their vocal time to benefit a children's charity. Their voices just added that little bit of extra fun to the game. That being said, let's talk about the gameplay.
It is a typical platformer. Others have compared it to Supercow and Turtle Odyssey. I would have to totally agree and I have purchased and replayed both those games several times. However, I want to add one more to that comparison and it is "Scuba in Aruba". I can't tell you for sure, but I would almost swear that the same creators who made that game also made this game. The water segment with the scuba gear, etc. looks almost identical to "Scuba in Aruba". (Give that game a shot if you haven't already.)
The Tuttles are on a family trip to the Alamo with a bunch of crazy stuff happening along the way. Each member of the family sets out on each level on their own to battle monkeys, spiders, scorpions, cannibals, on and on. The son gets to do the water levels, while Mom, Dad, and daughter get to go through the desert, jungle, or mountains. Then there are the levels that all of them, along with their in-vehicle narrator played by William Shatner, fly in the family van trying to dodge all the birdies in the sky, telephone poles, rock formations, towers, all the while picking up goodies along the way. The story is pretty simple and mildly enjoyable. This is definitely a "family game" that you could play with your young children or grandchildren. Or, it can also be enjoyed by an old lady like me who likes platformers.
My only negative against this game is that it was quite short. Additionally, it says at the end that you have unlocked playable bonus levels, but I have tried unsuccessfully to find these bonus levels.
I hope maybe I have added a little to the conversation about this game. If nothing else, maybe just give it a quick trial. You should know pretty quickly whether you like this game or not. And, right now it is $2.99...what a deal! (I just bought it yesterday and it was $6.99 so I don't know if this is just a temporary price reduction).

Although there are several brilliant reviews of this game already, I thought I would add my two-cents...about what it's worth?!
I absolutely love this game. I purchased the game as soon as the demo ended and continued to play it throughout the night and into the wee hours of the morning. I just had to know what was going to happen to poor Bella, a young girl who was doomed to marry the sneaky, shady, all-around creep of a next door neighbor, Mr. Bleakely. I don't want to give all of the story away, but Bella had her eyes on a rich young Earl and was pining away for him, thinking that they could never be together. (Oh, I could just weep thinking of that poor little soul, Bella, trapped in a loveless marriage with the evil, and yes, unattractive, Bleakely.) Finish the game and you will bring sweet Bella's story to a beautiful, and, of course, storybook ending. (Well, maybe it's a Grimm storybook ending?)
Let me say that the topper for me is that this game was designed by a husband and wife team who do this as their family business. Their other games include "Spooky Bonus", "Holiday Bonus" and another game, but I am sorry, I forgot the title.
This little game is worth every penny. I am sure that I will replay it several times just for the fact that the character designs, the scenery, the music....just everything, are so lovely, enchanting, and highly important to me---relaxing.

There are already some excellent reviews on this game, but after seeing some of the negative ones I felt I had to write one in defense of it. I have played through TTT1 & 2 and found both of them to be charming, challenging, and addictive. I kept wanting to better my times and try to beat the developer's time, as well. I thought the story lines were nicely developed, not extensive, but, then again, I am not here to read a novel. I loved the character's voices and their little banter back and forth. I don't know what the problem was that the other people had with these games, but I was able to beat each level and get the pink flower on TTT2 and on TTT1 almost every level.
I love this little game and the little turtle. The gameplay is similar to "Scuba Aruba", which is also available from Big Fish. Although others have said that it is too challenging or there were some sort of technical problems...I did not encounter those issues. You may not be able to get all the coins every level, but it is sure fun trying. I purchased this game some time ago, but I am going to repurchase it because it was so much fun. I used to also have "Turtle Odyssey" as well and it was great fun. Another similar game here at Big Fish is "Turtix" which is also very cute and fun. Other games I recommend for simple fun are "Supercow" and "Jumpin' Jack".
I like to play a variety of games, especially those with enchanting stories and the atmosphere that goes along with them. This game has cute characters, a cute little story, and fairy tale-like music playing along with the game. Because of this, you would think that this is "just for kids". Well, I have to admit that it was quite challenging. Some objects are very well hidden and take some real hunting. Admittedly, it would probably be easier for an older person (I mean one who's eyes aren't as good as they used to be) if you have a larger computer screen. It is definitely worth a look at it, though, and maybe it won't be as hard for you as it was for me. There's plenty of hints if you need them. I just feel guilty having to use them. lol

i love this game. I have owned it for quite some time now and have replayed it several times. It is a platformer-type game like Alex Gordon, Turtle Odyssey, etc. (which I also like very much). The story of the evil professor and the superhero being a cow is just adorable. This game is definitely challenging in some areas if you want to do everything perfect, which I have tried to do several times.
This game would be a great one for grandparents to share when their grandchildren come over for a visit. Give this game a chance, you won't regret it...it is one big load of barnyard fun!

This game has all the elements of a Time Management game, but it is based on one of the most amazing true stories of Ancient Egypt. During her 20-year reign, Pharaoh Hatshepsut...yes, a woman, ruled in place of her too-young nephew.
You get to build palaces, pyramids and other misc. additions. You work with camels and elephants and are thwarted by thieves and crocodiles. It is pretty challenging to reach the ultimate "gold" status in each level, especially towards the end, but that gives you plenty of opportunity for replay.
You can't go wrong with this game. (I am a bit bias because I love this time in history.) I loved all the elements; the story, the graphics, and the music is beyond beautiful (to me).
I recommend this game!

I actually didn't notice this game until the other day so it actually brought back all the beauty that is Christmas; the decorations, the lights, the music, the elves, and Santa Claus. Actually, the way the narrator pronounced "Claus" was so unusual that it was one reason that I wanted to purchase the game...so I could hear the narrator repeat it. Okay, so I'm a little weird. Anyways, I started with the trial and was drawn into the story and the cute characters; Felina and the elves...so I purchased the game. As other reviewers have said, this is a great HOG for kids or adults who enjoy the hunt for objects and solving challenges that don't make you want to pull out your hair. Also, I loved the architecture of the little cottages, all the sparkling colors on the snow, and the enchanting use of classical music. So this game might be a little short, but it is still a pleasant holiday retreat.
