I have loved this HO game since the first one. I have every one of them and I will buy this new one. It is the most relaxing game you can find. The music background is so fun. Sure, it has a lot of the same elements as previous games but that is the joy of it. Familiar, comfortable play without going nuts trying to figure out the complications of other games. Sure, I love playing the more complicated and mysterious adventure games, but if I just want to relax and enjoy, this is the one.
Found the concept of the game to be interesting. Taking old masters and making a HOG out of it. However, when finding objects, a little white eraser appeared and removed the object. Only problem is, the eraser would only delete a piece of the object many times. The game ended up booting me out with an error termination. I would buy this game if they could take it back and work on the programming errors. There are just too many of them to make it worthwhile to buy.
Agent Sarah, famous police detective, is called by the Chief of Police to solve yet another unsolvable crime in this captivating hidden object adventure game!
Played the game for about 30 minutes. Graphics were OK, but the instructions were awful. You have to play the same scene over and over to earn "stars" which will get you to the next scene. Only problem is it takes five stars in a scene to earn one star to advance the game (at least that is what I deduced, having no instructions). Game is very, very slow. By the time I hit around 20 minutes into the game, I realized I was very bored and at the 30 minute mark, I just couldn't play anymore (keep drowsing off). Too bad, because I have seen games with this concept that are MUCH more interesting.
Played the demo, which took about 1/2 hour total of the 90 minutes they give you. Found nothing new in the story line. Graphics were old-school and not very exciting. I'm not fond of the faded look. Am a very experienced player of these types of games (own over 400 of them) and am looking for something new and exciting. This wasn't it.
Played the demo of this game but not the whole game. The puzzles were very easy to solve so maybe this game would be good for a beginner. The colors were so garish, I developed a headache near the end of the demo and wasn't inclined to finsh but I did. Troll's voices were grating (probably meant to be but not my cup of tea). Most of the games these days are not from an original mind but are the same game over and over again with just a different story. This is one of them.
I own all of the Clutter games. Was very disappointed in this one. My frustration comes from the fact that I had to double and triple click to catch an object and by that time, the items had repositioned. Don't mind the repositioning (that's kind of fun) but did mind not being able to grab the object I was going for. I did not finish the entire demo for that reason.
Had a great time with the main game, Bonus game was wierdly short

Game had a sad ending (don't know why, but it did) Won't spoil it by telling why. Story was interesting, Game Play was easy and without bugs. Was puzzled by bonus game because I feel it didn't have an ending. The set up was OK, but there was no finality. Bad guy disappears, no rescue of kidnapped lady, end of story. Did they run out of deadline and needed to submit in a hurry?

I played this game for about fifteen minutes but couldn't play any more. Very frustrated. This game takes me back about 10 years. Amateurish at best. Story line is not good because there really isn't any. Brother disappears. Game was not vetted very well. There are many, many mistakes and it is hard to follow. Please let whoever is reviewing these games to try a little harder before Okaying them for Big Fish.
I don't recommend this game.

My mistake was buying this game sight unseen. I absolutely have loved all of the previous PuppetShow games and have purchased them all. If I had previewed this game, I never would have bought it. It is nothing like any of the previous games. It was written for first time gamers with no real story line or puzzles worth playing. Most annoying is the drop down "mini pictures" for the HO games. There was no challenge at all to this game. I'm sad and very dissappointed!
This game could have been awesome, except for the fact that the music sound level could not be controlled, the hints were totally useless and I was never able to get past the white witches room. Could not get candle wax to melt to save my life and when I did break down and ask for a hint, the frog pointed me to the back door which the old lady constantly told me I couldn't access. Finally deleted game from my computer in frustration.
