I purchased this puzzle because I have the other My Hobby puzzles which I thoroughly enjoy. However, I keep getting Error Code: 800101. I followed ALL of the instructions on how to remedy the problem to no avail. I've contacted Big Fish and have yet to get a response. I purchased this game on 07/07/2023. I would definitely recommend this game IF I could get it to install.

I absolutely love this series in the jig saw world. The only thing that I can think of to make it even more enjoyable is to have the names of the different puzzles. The pictures in this puzzle are amazing, but it would sure be fun to know the locations of where the picture is taken from.
I recommend this game!

I am VERY disappointed in this one. I have the 1st one and the third one, which I quite enjoyed. However, when I downloaded this one, ALL of the puzzle pieces are different shades of BLUE! The puzzle does NOT look like the COLORFUL picture. Has anyone else had this happen? And, how can I get the puzzles to look identical (as in color) of the picture? I hate to say it, but, EVER since Big Fish changed, I have had a problem with 60% of the games and installs. There were too many times while purchasing a game, that I would get double charged. THAT problem was only rectified once. It's a shame because I pay good money for this membership. PLEASE BIG FISH: FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE YOU LOSE MEMBERS!
I don't recommend this game.

My family loves this series Purchased CW 13, Collector's Edition. In the middle of the game, it stopped playing & the message states 'Free Trial Is Up". Need to purchase game to play further. IDID purchase the Collector's Edition, got confirmation, it shows up in the category 'Purchased Games', along with the 2 other games I purchased. No problem downloading. But now I can't get into CW13.
I recommend this game!

It was fun. However, how do you move on to the 'Day 2'?

Although this is quite relaxing, after you finish Day 1, all the way through, how do you get to Day 2?

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this. In almost EVERY segment, when you pick up a puzzle piece, the game won't let you place it, until you go around the screen with this annoying puzzle piece stuck on the cursor, trying to click, click, click (numerous times), until, hopefully, it lets go of the cursor. This is VERY frustrating & definitely NOT fun!
I don't recommend this game.
Prince Percydal was turned into a frog and only a kiss from his love, princess Repunzel can save him! Finding her won't be easy...

This game is relaxing to me. I can set the pace of the VS challenge to really slow so the robot takes longer to find a match. Unfortunately, in the Hiddenverse "Divided Kingdom" I got to & finished chapter 11, but, it doesn't show where to go from there nor does it show I've completed all the chapters.
I recommend this game!
The Kingdom is in chaos! Lady Sarah, the savior of the kingdom has been poisoned! It's up to you to find the culprit in this exciting hidden object adventure.
