I am a great fan of this game.......bought them all.......loved them........but this one is not up to par......it's too much like the other ones........like they took a page and added different things to find to it.........I had difficutlty in getting it to work to begin with....then when I did finally get it.......it wanted my name and password on a page that had all the other games that I had bought...........very strange......when I started playing it....it was much smaller in size.......things were hard to see in the shadows and some I couldn't understand what I was suppose to look for............VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ONE..........love your game normally......but this one is a miss........I am sorry I bought this one........
I don't recommend this game.
Help Santa prepare for the most wonderful time of the year!

Love these games...got them all..and I play them all..but this one is not the same.....you barely see the families.....it's mostly puzzles.....and Santa going to a children hospital is very sad...not the happy theme I expected in this game...I love this game to relax and have fun.....not take over an hour to finish a jigsaw puzzle full of xmas present.....that was not fun....they moved them again but still use the old scenes everywhere with some addition to them...weird....and the story wasn't connected in spots...just disappointed in this one...hope other people liked it....Merry Xmas all....

Loved this game...…..got all 3 done....with all of them checked marked...…...so all were done...…...but I can't figure out how to open the next levels...…..tried everything...…..can someone tell me what I am doing wrong that I can't open them?? Please
