A lot of people are complaining about how "alike" this game is to other Christmas Wonderland. You're right! This game was released in 2022. Shame on Big Fish for releasing this without a disclaimer! As for the game itself, if you don't already have it, it is the same quality as all of the first 12 Christmas Wonderlands. I gave 5 stars for the game but for Big Fish??? 0
This developer didn't step up the game at all! The graphics may be a little better (??) but it is still slow and boring. Storyline was the only thing that took it a little above poor. Glad I got it on GH so I didn't have to buy it to see that it didn't get any better.

Bought this in March 2021. Getting very tired of the recycled games between BF and GH. I understand the pandemic but reality guys you are specialist in the one thing that surged not declined. Your work can be 100% done on the internet. You should be one of the top offerings for those stuck home with nothing but TV and computer games!! I'm watching TV at this point after checking in for new ANYTHING! I like this game, challenging, different, poor graphics (with 9 months to beef it up), NOT worth the extra added without the improvements needed.
Sum up - If you're going to steal a whole story line then at least do better than the original

This is what I got from the other reviews before I even tried it. Only two skill levels, no skill required and expert. More confusing than necessary from the beginning. The reason why I will not even think about buying either the Collectors Edition or the regular release? When a game is developed that holds at least half of the users hostage i.e. buy the Collectors edition with the guide to help you or just struggle through it. Then I forced my way through the first five levels and the reviews were right. Just chaos. It 's one thing to have a game that is challenging and another that is just chaos for the sake of, well, chaos. It's just clunky, not even smooth flowing to set a pace and if you have to play past level 5 to get that? I don't feel it's worth the effort. If you're going to steal an idea and a story then at least do better than the original.

As said before there are not enough levels to make this a CE. The battles were an immediate turnoff, because it's not the type of mini games I enjoy, but I was pleasantly surprised that they really have more of a time management factor than just a random fight sequence.
My biggest problem is just that there are not enough levels, and counting the battles that are essentially a mini game just doesn't make up for the huge difference.
Add the missing levels and I will gladly pay a CE price for this game. As is, no. I strongly suggest anyone who likes time management games to try this one so you know what you would get if this turns into a true Collector's Edition.

I was all prepared to give this game a five star rating but when I worked really hard to get to what I thought was the end of one island and move on to the next, it turned out the game I bought with the expectancy of two worlds (change in perspective and revive the fun) was just a tease to buy their mobile game. This games major fun factor over others of this type is the fact the quest do not take forever and with work it doesn't feel close to impossible to get the money you need to improve. I can see the money pit in a mobile game and the challenge raising exponentially. I have quit soooo many of the mobile games because, unless you wanted to buy whatever you needed, you were sometimes stuck on levels for weeks!

I love all the other VV games and was looking forward to this one. I figured out the resizing issue right away but it took longer to figure out that this PC version is a rip off! My complaints are the same as all the other major complaints. Extremely long crafting times leave out the average gamer and when you do just "set it and forget it" most of your best workers are dead by the time you come home from work. the lava stones are the rip off. The only way to have a store and actually buy lava stones are on iPhone or android. This is, of course, not revealed in any of the descriptions before you buy. I want my money back!!! There is no way to finish the game I paid for the way it is set up to penalize the PC player.
Great visuals, good but tired story, at the level of a small child. No challenge. I bought it thinking it had to get better for BF to have it without calling it a kids game. Wrong.
