Stick with it. After 10 levels or so what you need to do will start to become clear. I enjoy character creation and getting upgrade to outfits, so this was fun for me.

Based on the demo, this game is a combo of simulation and time management games. It appears that there will be fun choices and decisions galore. There is even a tech tree to manage. This is a much welcome step up in the evolution of the Rescue Team Series. Thank you Big Fish Games. My one ding off a perfect score is for the repetitive music, which is not much of a problem.

Based on the demo only, this game is good for those days when you want to get your adrenaline going without thinking too much. Lots of fast clicking is needed. It's not worth the CE price, but maybe if the price drops it could be a bit of fun.
Lifeline is a playable, branching story of survival against all odds! Help Taylor make life or death decisions, and face the consequences together. Or see what happens when you make a different choice.

I played this game off and on for 17 days and got pretty far into it. The story was moderately interesting. Then suddenly the main character died, and I had the option of restarting far back in the story. What a disappointment. I wasn't engaged enough to reread what took days to unfold. I would have liked to have gotten to the end, but it's not worth redoing everything.
I don't recommend this game.

I bought this years ago and never played until now it because of bad reviews. I thought it was fun. My favorite part was Brandon O'Neil as Jack. I liked him a lot.
I have played all the other Roads of Rome games, so I thought I would breeze through this. I was happy to find that there are fun new challenges here that are making me work for the gold, even on the "normal" setting.
I recommend this game!

FreudBot
Help Steve face strange mothers, complicated girlfriends, dangerous youths, aggressive bosses and... his own fear.
This is a card game with a relationship theme. FreudBot is a Great Gazoo like character that gives emotion control advise. Really all there is to do here is add up numbers on cards and choose the card with the highest value. I did not make it to the end of the demo because I was starting to nod off.

I have played just about all of the Build-a-Lot games and have enjoyed them all, but for some reason, this one is just not very fun. Sorry.
