This game has great visuals but, the objectives are so ridiculously unclear that all you end up doing is clicking everywhere and trying to use every item in your inventory everywhere to no avail, All you can do is repeatedly ask for hints and then try to figure out how you would ever realize that's what you had to do. I like a challenge but, come on, give me some idea of what I should do beyond randomly trying everything possible.
While I enjoy the standard Big Fish fare (HOPs, adventure games etc.), I have been waiting for what seems like years for a new genre of game and Luxis delivers in spades! I was surprised by the short demo (only 15 minutes) but, in that time, I got through eight levels and got so addicted I could hardly wait for the full version to download and install. Despite others saying this game is hard to figure out, it's very intuitive and the few levels I have played so far have been a great tutorial. Just remember that you're trying to get out of a maze and you have to be the same color to pass through a wall. Thanks Big Fish for putting out something truly new and innovative!
What a fantastic little game this is. It is so different and entertaining. My only complaint is that it is too short. At the end, it says more levels coming soon and, I sure hope that's the case. Love this game, please give us more!
Nothing funny, cute or entertaining about this game. Tutorial is non-existent and useless and the game is a complete waste of time. Come on, Big Fish, you are better than this!
I was so disappointed with this game. I always look forward to the Christmas Stories game every December and they are normally fun and very entertaining. This one really missed the mark. It is way too short and has a disjointed storyline. Puzzles are no challenge and the whole thing is drab and a waste of time.
Do not waste your time or money on this one and, Elephant Games, please do better next year.
With a game called 100 doors, I was expecting at least some sort of "escape room" dynamics. Instead, I get fairies that need help with HOPs and then witches that need help with HOPs. Please, what a waste of time.

I have played all of the Christmas Stories games and this is, by far, the worst one. The characters are not very engaging and the story line is the same old trope from every other HOP I've seen lately. In the past, you could at least count on the Christmas Stories to have a different twist to put you in the Christmas spirit. Not this one. Worst of all, I got almost to the end but did not pick up the broken figurine's leg before Hans returned to the lair so now I cannot get back to the box to pick it up. There's no way I can finish the game and I'm certainly not going to play through the whole thing over again. Waste of money and time.

Got 15 minutes into the trial and could not go any further. My inventory was glitchy and showed two copies of shears, both saying 1/4. I had nothing I could do anything with and going to every available scene and clicking hint got the "there is nothing to do here" message. Game has been deleted.
I'm a big fan of time management games and this one is great. It has all the standard mechanics of a regular TM game but also gives you a lot more choices as to which resources you collect/produce and this is critical. The game adds the element of a market where you can sell your goods to make money (different resources are worth different amounts depending on the level so be sure to keep an eye on the market - think TM meets Tradewinds). Be careful though, sometimes you need to keep some raw materials to produce more valuable resources.
This is a really engaging game and I hope to see more TM games like this in the future.
I have seen some complaints about the sea battle levels but, really, they're no different than the "mini-games" in other TM games and are more of a distraction than anything. If you like TM games and are looking for a new twist, this game is definitely for you.
