Opted for the Standard version of game. Storyline quite unusual and kept my interest. Something sinister is afoot and your focus is to get to the bottom of an untimely death.
Had previously decided to avoid these particular Developers, however, the game is a better quality. Enjoyed puzzles and hidden objects as well as using items quickly with not a lot of running around. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
Just goes to show how many of the glitter and glitz games realistically pale in comparison to a unique game with stunning artwork and a decent story line! The demo does no justice as gameplay starts out differently than what gamers are usually accustomed. However, if it's a gem you're truly looking for, then look no further.
Absolutely beautiful hand-drawn scenes and objects. Puzzles are fun and do-able with no hair pulling. On with the game! Hidden object scenes are brimming with large hand-drawn, beautifully rendered objects to enjoy. Breath taking, creative scenes; lush, brilliant art and colors while gentle piano notes unobtrusively play a steady mellow tune in the background.
You are Mia's brother and must enter the dream world of your sister to wake her from an unexplained coma. Something is amiss! For some reason, you did not stay in the same condition as your sister and must put things right.
Story continues to unfold. Very simplistic in style and absorbing comparatively speaking to so many other rather boring razzle dazzle games whose demos seemed promising at the onset.
A very well thought out, relaxing game. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
I recommend this game!

Subliminal Realms: The Masterpiece Collector's Edition
Albert's worst nightmare becomes reality when a creature from his grim paintings kidnaps his family. What does she want?
Played game with an open mind. Getting used to reading undeserved 5-star reviews and always play the demo, however, demos can also be as deceiving as the reviews.
What's the bigger disappointment--other than the slow moving, tedious game-- is observing a hard-working and obviously respected top reviewer get low marks because of an honest review that she didn't like the game.
Really, really wanted to like this game and was initially enthralled with the bold, artistic colors. Then everything went black as night. Game plot is nothing new with family members being dragged into the artist's painting. Why? Didn't play long enough to find out as game too scattered and slow moving. Liked the helper's accent is the only bright spot. Would recommend for children because they would like to color in the unfinished paintings.
Always add a sometimes older "Current Favorite" so scan through my previous reviews for fun BFG games to try. Look forward to seeing them on other gamers' reviews. Unfortunately, they are few and far between and are usually just current favorites. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
Your grandfather disappeared while searching for Inuits' legendary treasure. Travel to the Arctic to find your missing grandfather and solve the Inuit mystery.
This review is a little late as initially couldn't get into the game. Tired of the same old gaming style of glitter and glitz with zero mystique? Mystery Expedition has it all really!
You are travelling a dangerous mission to the North Pole where your grandfather had gone, returned and then left again never to return. Game starts out a bit slow but hang in there because adventure awaits! Played Expert Level: Beyond Objects - got 16 of the 18 Coins to purchase items for your Penguin's Igloo Relics - got 7 of 10 Hidden objects are large and puzzles are do-able. I skipped one with the wagon wheel. Ugh! There is a walkthrough separately just do a search as it's not on BFG. Cut-scenes are awesome with live actors. Interactive map is simplistic and very helpful. Most importantly, trust no one as gold fever is real. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
After replaying this game for probably the 3rd time, wanted to leave a positive review. Usually my reviews are written after the fully completed game.
Story line is original and interesting with relaxing and unobtrusive music. Objects are used quickly so you're not holding onto one in particular wondering if you've forgotten a move along the way. Highly recommend! Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
It should have been a tremendous achievement, but the tunnel through the Ridge of Leviathan became the site of a great disaster. What really happened that day?
Love picking out BFG games I never got around to playing--even though I purchased the CE. Mainly due to the fact that the demo version does not come close to how fascinating the game unfolds. Game has human emotion, yet thankfully unlike "The Noise She Couldn't Make" Surface game which was too far-out for me. Maybe, just maybe will go back to that one in time and give it another go.
Sci-fi lovers will enjoy this immensely. Very challenging in all aspects--hidden objects must have inventory items that can be used to finish the scenes. Often times, must go back and gather what's needed. Therefore, game is quite lengthy. Puzzles are also challenging so be prepared to spend time with this game as it's not going to be played in one sitting. Cut scenes throughout definitely give an added dimension.
Interactive map is not only useful, it's a must. Stay with it and soak up this Developer's genius as gamers are not going to find any more like this due to games being made too simplistic.
Purchased game several years ago. I like to go back into my BFG collection and play older version games. You will time travel to collect rings while playing hidden object, spot the difference and various puzzles. Objects are time era appropriate all the way from medieval times to the 20th century. Seemingly ahead of you is someone from the distant future who is also trying to collect the rings.
Interesting story line with cleverly hidden objects, this game puts many razzle dazzle games to shame today. Kept my interest and did not ramble. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
I recommend this game!

Department 42: The Mystery of the Nine
Help Department 42 collect nine mysterious and evil artifacts and protect the world! Stop pure evil and save the day!
Refreshing to play my past BFG games such as Dept. 42. Takes a little getting used to, yet, settled in very comfortably after getting a sense of how the game is played. No getting lost as gamers cannot proceed without finishing the task at hand. Yes, objects were small especially as newer games are usually, big, bold and in your face. As I stated before, takes a little getting used to, however, enjoyed the game very much. Give it a try if you yearn to play something off the beaten track. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
I mean, really? Negative reviews on this game boggle the mind when I've played horridly boring games here on BFG with the same reviewers giving glowing five star reviews over and over. Get a grip!
Begin your journey to Lhasa in Tibet. Lovely music and a gong! A wild and imaginative adventure awaits! Can you imagine? Well, you don't have to imagine as adventure, puzzles, lush computer graphics and amazing artwork await gamers. If it's eye candy you want, it's eye candy you will get. If gamers tire of the hidden object, a mahjong match game is available! Yay! Two thumbs up and five stars! Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
Eipix Developers are really top in this field of computer gaming. A new and fresh story line has been added involving persons attempting to poison entire towns.
Love replaying the HOP's and puzzles as well as the other bonus content material. Eipix always adds something humorous and clever within their games even in their credits!
Strategy guide is conveniently on-hand if needed or get additional information. It's a win-win proposition. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-
