A lovely looking, fun and engaging game, really great gameplay and visuals, good interaction, however..... it only lasts a few hours. and after that------ nothing more to keep you wanting to play again. no incentive for repeating the game. no other difficulty levels, no markers to try and beat. great but one time only play. waste of a credit!
I admit, i think you have to be a fan of RPG games to like this. As this style of game goes, this one is a cracker. The storyline is new, the maps very pretty, the quest varied enough to prevent boredom. The fighting is slightly different than most of these games, and though its nice to have some differences its not possible to make the fights as fast as some others. Overall i would rate this game 85/100.
For new players of this style of game, please dont let it stop you trialing others. I did enjoy this game greatly, but then i love this style of game in general. in the first hour of play (during trial) there is far too much talking between characters to read, to get into the game, though later on the comments can be funny. The fights can be too slow, though the need to go and fight through the areas repeatedly to gain the necessary experience to defeat the mini monsters is good. The lack of a journal or task list is sorely missed. When buying new equipment, it would have been nice to have better options and even higher priced items to reward dedicated fighters. Overall this game is playable and enjoyable but could be a lot better.
