I think I have every version of Rescue Team, so I'm already a fan, but this version has a little more difficulty than usual, and I like it! I have only played 5 levels, but I had to start over a couple of levels because the choices I made weren't winnable.
I always play through the game in Relaxed mode the first time I play it, so I can't attest to the time limits.
Honestly, when I downloaded the demo, I wasn't expecting there to be much difference between this game and all the previous versions. I appreciate that the developers didn't churn out more of the same. This is fun!
The "easy" mode on this game is not easy. While I am able to play the main levels in an untimed mode, there are ship battles - which I detest - and islands where you gather treasure chests. You can't advance to the next level until you defeat the pirates and find all the chests.
I'm stuck. I can't do anything but repeat levels I've already completed. I'm NOT happy. If you enjoy leisurely playing games, this one isn't for you.
Yes! Thank you BF for quickly getting us another TM game so quickly! I bought this without even playing the demo, as I have the previous 3 games in this series.
This series is always fun, and sometimes levels are difficult enough that they need to be played a couple of times to master. This is the only game where I read the story line because it helps some with context but mostly because it's pretty funny sometimes!
The graphics seem to be crisper than last version, and rather than being witch-themed, the rewards and environments become Egyption-themed after the first couple of levels.
I haven't gotten very far in the game play, but so far my favorite difference in previous versions is the mini-games are no longer jousts or falling spiders (YAY! I never could figure out the joust...!) They are mini-games similar to the main game.
There are three difficulty levels for this game, so most everyone can enjoy it. I recommend this and the whole series!
