I always read the reviews before I download a new game, unless it is a new episode of one of my favourite series (eg Vacation adventures). Yes, this is a cartoonish game that looks as though it is meant for children, but it has some really good features (eg being able to change from the up or down mode to Match 2 or Add to 14) and it gets quite hard quickly. I am really enjoying it. Definitely try it out - I think some of the poor reviews were based on a very short trial.
I recommend this game!

I like Match 3 games, but they need to have an aim. This game is so basic, has no point or storyline to it - to be blunt it is tedious. I saw nothing of the "enchanting place known as Emeraldium" - just dim tiles that you were eradicating. Not acceptable in this age of superb games.
I don't recommend this game.

I love this series! I love the fun facts about the city sites, the HO are at just the right level of difficulty, and the puzzles are fun. Good to see another one out so fast after Barcelona.
I recommend this game!

I really wanted to like this game, as I enjoy the Gardenscapes format, but I found this game to be a very poor imitation in both graphics and storyline. The Match3 segments froze, and there were other technical issues that made it frustrating to try and play. My recommendation is: by all means try it and see if you like it. I wish I could be more positive, but it is a delete for me.
I don't recommend this game.

This would be a buy for me - except I couldn't find the relaxed mode! I played for the demo time on the timed mode, since I wasn't given any other option, which was challenging. I like to think about my moves, and being continually reminded I was nearly out of time was quite stressful.
I like the variety of games, and the theme isn't too cheesy (?!) Well, it is really, but it is different from other mahjong games.
I recommend this game!

I never thought I would play a game every day for over 2 months! I really enjoyed the Awakening series, but you don't need to have played them to enjoy this. But - I am mean (ie thrifty) and haven't shelled out a bean for extra crystals - so game play is slow. I'm only on Level 45, so resemble one of those annoying snails that move around in the HO scenes! I do wish the awarding of points would speed up a little as you get further into the game, and not be fixed on 12 per hour!
A really great game that I still haven't tired of. The mini-games are fun, and even the higher level HO scenes with miniscule objects are enjoyable.
I recommend this game!

I am really enjoying this game - I found the demo hour went really quickly, so I bought the game using a free credit. I am a little puzzled by the reviewer who said the game was way too short, as I am good at these games and I haven't finished it yet after two and a half hours (off and on). The music is lovely, and there are enough challenges to keep me interested. It is a nice change from the rather gloomy HOGs I have been playing lately. A relaxing game.
I recommend this game!
