I didn't finish the game. I found the navigation clumsy. The Live-action in this game was poor at best. The scenes were poorly designed. I don't care for pictures of items in "HOGs". Items should relate in some way to their surroundings. A cell phone in the refrigerator. I don't know if this was created through inexperience or laziness, but it was extremely disappointing.
I am a fan of Mystery Case Files and this was not up to their excellent standards.
I don't recommend this game.

I would have given the game 5 stars, but there were a few flaws, but over all an excellent game.
I like using items in the inventory to solve hidden object games. I liked the fact that the hidden objects actually related to the scene they were in, ie a sports shop was full of items one would find in a sports shop.
The flaws were that when you were finished with close ups they still sparkled, a programming error.
You were not sent all over the place to resolve puzzles. The map and hint were excellent. A great story line, imaginative. A couple of the games were more complicated then I like, so I did some skipping. I prefer puzzles to be quick to solve, because I like moving on with the game/story.
This was a great game.
I recommend this game!

While I will recommend this game there are a couple of problems. Mouse control with the safe is less than desirable and the game locks up on videos. The first issue caused me to have to restart the game because I had to leave it after I put up the combination up on the safe and it would not recognize the mouse on the dial after I had restarted the game.
I recommend this game!

After I had played Huntsville, I went looking for a second HOG game and Prime Suspect held up very well. There are quirky characters, reasonable HOS and actually a loose story line. This is an early HOG, but I do recommend it as fun even today.
I recommend this game!

I chose story mode, except there is no real story. I am not a big fan of HO that has stuff everywhere, out of perspective, and has little to do with the story. The clues were clever, the graphics adequate, the music was a plus, the game loaded quickly for me and the interface was okay but I prefer an adventure not a series of pictures taking me from one local to another. Potential is there and someone trying their first HO has only up to look forward to. It wasn't even worth it on DD for me to buy.
I don't recommend this game.

While I like mysteries, and monsters etc, I didn't even get there. I am not a fan of mini movies in games, and I expect graphics to be that not images from photographs. I prefer my HOG games to have items relevant to the story, though I will accept an occasional odd piece. I felt this game had potential, but it seemed put together too quickly.
I am sure others will find the game intriguing, it just didn't meet my expectations. When a game is described having "Gorgeous graphics" I expect something more. I should have realized that "live-action cinematics" meant that there wasn't quite the level of "Gorgeous graphics" as implied.
I do not recommend the game, but honestly, I was so put off because my expectations of the graphics was so high I didn't really get into it.
I don't recommend this game.

The sound and music were very good, The HOG was OK, which is fine with me, but the puzzles were childish at best. The graphics were uneven, in some areas well thought out while in others were seemed amateurish. The game engine was not used up to its potential. The story line was interesting, but the ending was not foreshadowed, and when the player arrives at the end it is very disappointing, but then again I prefer a more classically romantic and uplifting ending.
I don't recommend this game.
