This was a fun and challenging game to play. I played it on expert level as I love time management games and have played quite a few of them. The basis of the game play mechanics are the same as most time management games. The feel of this game closely reminded me of the Delicious Emily series but this was more fun to play! I really enjoyed directing the scenes and reading the script. I can't wait for the next Maggie game to be released!

I have played the previous Cooking Academy games and quite enjoyed them, so when I saw a new one I jumped on it. I didn't bother reading the reviews because, "Hey this Cooking Academy and I already know what this game is about". Boy was I wrong! This is a freeium game where you get the game for free but have to pay cash to get things to actually get through the game! I was shocked! If you don't buy the bucks you have to wait until everything cooks, which is long and boring!!! When I sit down at the PC I am sitting down to play a game at that moment, not to watch a cartoon pot boil for 10 minutes while I twiddle my thumbs! The game was boring, slow and was not enjoyable. I am disappointed that this is where the Cooking Academy franchise has went.
I don't recommend this game.
