Everyone's just making the same game over and over. Save the kingdom, put the amulet back together, stop the evil witch, etc, etc. Those of you new to these games might enjoy them, but I don't see how any of us that have bought lots of the collector's items can enjoy these any more. In the middle of them I just pray for them to be over.

Nice story, no castles or monsters-little tired of those. Mix of hidden object, fragmented object and puzzles. Level of challenge was about perfect for me. I think I skipped 1 puzzle and didn't use any hints. I played on the medium level since I like the hidden object scenes indicated. It was quite fun and entertaining. I got a chuckle when I clicked on the little girl with the cat in the Inn and she sang "Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur" from the Big Bang Theory. I like games that have little extras to find-mechanical bugs in this one. Voice acting was very professional for the most part, everything ran smoothly, graphics were very good and clear. Quality game, in my opinion.

I'm not a fan of the mutant plant theme, but this game was very nicely done. Really good mix of puzzles and hidden objects. Plenty to do- it took me longer to play this game than some of the collector's editions. The difficulty was perfect for me, playing in expert mode. Excellent value for a standard edition.

Nice, long game for not being a CE. I started out on expert mode, but had to switch because I couldn't always find the hotspots easily. Many interesting puzzles, medium amount of hogs, lots to do. A bit challenging trying to figure out what to do next. No bugs or glitches that I encountered, either.
The only gripe I had was that sometimes I had a tool in inventory that seemed logical to use in a particular place and that wasn't what was called for in the game. For example, I had pruning shears and there was something in a bush and I couldn't use the pruning shears on the bush. It called for something else acquired later.
Give it a chance, don't go by reviews from people who only played it for the length of the demo.

Wonderful building/road clearing game. Very challenging keeping track of tasks, resources and bonuses. Only wish it were longer. I rated the storyline "OK" only because I usually don't pay attention to the story in TM games.

I love the Island Tribe games and this one might be the best of the 3. The object is to clear the road, collect resources and usually perform some different type of task on each level. There are hidden artifacts to find, gems to collect, etc. Anyone can play from kids on up because difficulty can be customized (hard, normal, easy and no timer). Fantastic series, hope to see more.

I really enjoyed this game and I've played it many times. I'm ready for the sequel. It's similar to Roads of Rome, etc. The only thing I didn't like about it is sometimes the workers use the trucks, but then they run to pick up supplies. When you're used to the pace of the vehicles, it's kind of aggravating to slow down to a run to pick up items. Even so, I'd still recommend it and will play it again.

Excellent time management game with well thought out strategy. You don't need fancy graphics and complicated gameplay to make a game fun or chanllenging. This was perfect...so entertaining I've played it several times.
