I see I am not the only person that can not finish Bonus Level 9, I would like to know WHY?

I am so disappointed, it was very short and nothing like the first game City Of Fools, well I feel we were made a FOOL of when it came to Who Am I. And still I do not know if I finish this game because I still have the picture, gun, and handcuffs.. lord.
I don't recommend this game.
