I played this for several hours last evening, and really enjoyed it. However, each case has a "gender puzzle" which produces either the male or the female sign, and an age puzzle which produces a number--which gets rather repetitive after the first few cases. Some of the puzzles are extremely difficult--at least I found them so!--and some are ridiculously easy. It was well worth the credit that I used to buy this game, although of course it's not for everyone.
You're on a train in the middle of nowhere, and a band of dangerous thieves demand you tell them where to find the Hope Diamond's shards. As the newest Hidden Expedition recruit, you've got to find the shards before they do...X
I enjoyed this game--what there was of it! The puzzles are good, and took some thought. The hint system was strong enough that it was never necessary to look at a walkthrough in order to solve the problems. However, it did seem to me that the game advanced very quickly, and that the overall playing time was shorter than for other games of similar quality.

I tried this game, and played for about 25 minutes before giving up in disgust. The challenge (such as it is) is to fit jigsaw-cut pieces back into their original position in a picture. The pieces are shown in a stack to the right side of the screen--the stack only shows five pieces, so if you are looking for a piece of a particular shape, it may not be there. It was never clear to me exactly what the point of the whole game was, and I found it very boring. I don't recommend this game for anyone over the age of 10.
