It seems that the developers had complaints about the difficulty of dead time that they had to dumb down the play. You can get away with a lot more here. So if you liked dead time but found it too difficult this one should interest you.
If you haven't played dead time then you should know that the game play here isn't like most HO games. This is a category play where they don't come out and say what you need to find but give you a category and you find items that would fit into that category. A very unique play. Head over to the Forgotten Riddles games if you liked this.
I recommend this game!
Use your powers of observation and deduction to unlock glimpses of events from the past and solve an 80 year old mystery!

I had such fun with this game. Completely unique HOS. Instead of saying what you are to find it gives you kind of category and you find objects that relate to that category. This game play was quite a challenge but very intriguing. The story line is unique as well although it seemed a little jumpy at times like it assumed you knew things already or accepted a given concept. If you liked the Forgotten Riddles games you like this (or if you haven't played them DO).
I recommend this game!

This is a really sweet game with a wonderful story line. I felt myself rooting for the little dogs to get freed (didn't care too much about the villagers). As a CE it has a great length and the bonus play take you back through a different characters POV which I like because it means that the main story line actually finishes so if you go the SE you get the whole story. I recommend the CE though. The bonus not only has the unique POV but there are completely new abilities that are fun and unique. To me this is was merits the CE. Enjoy.

I have been playing for weeks (yes weeks) granted I have to stop after about six or seven levels because my hand starts to die but each time I sit down it is for several hours (today was three). I just finished the main game and just started the extras - and it is practically the same size (levels) as the main game. WOW! The game is great. I never play this type of game, but I got pulled into this one and liked it so much that I got the CE. I am very glad that I did. Love it!
I recommend this game!
