I absolutely love well designed puzzle games - and Mousecraft is one of the best Big Fish has to offer! The levels are very well designed; a lot of love and care went into their creation. And the gameplay is flawless! Kudos to the developers!!!!!!!!! The only thing I would recommend (and I usually have a lot of suggestions for improvement) would be to leave the tutorial comments on the screen longer. This issue has been addressed in the forum and the developer even replied by listing all the tutorial comments! It's wonderful to see a developer be so responsive!!! Unfortunately, puzzle games like this are so few and far between on Big Fish that I've become a part time member. With more games like this I would happily return full time!
I recommend this game!

Save the Furries
Meet the Furries, adorable, simple-minded creatures who love to travel around space, and help them survive the perils that await them!
This is a refreshing change of pace from the usual HOG offering. I'm a little surprised people had a difficult time figuring out how to play - simply get all the furries to their home base. There are some objects to experiment with to help with this objective, but that's part of the fun. I like the fact that there is no time involved - take as long as you like. I also love the fact that you can zoom into the screen with your mouse wheel and see things close up. Some of the levels are very cleverly designed and need to be replayed several times to save all the furries and get all the bubbles.
The game is not perfect: I wish there were the option for more than one player, I would like to see each level number shown on the playing screen, I wish you would be given the option of replaying a level before automatically advancing to the next level, I wish you wouldn't be given a perfect score of 3 flying saucers unless you collected all furries AND all bubbles - this would let you know which levels to replay for extra points and bubble collection. Developers take note for "Save the Furries 2"!
Because of some of these shortcomings, I probably would have given this game 4 stars. However, after reading some of the low scoring reviews of people who spent as little as 4 minutes playing the game, I decided to even things out a little by giving 5 stars. It really isn't fair to the developers of a game whose livelihood depends on game sales, to spend so little time on a game before reviewing it.
I recommend this game!

This is a very good puzzle game. Many of the boards have very clever designs. I can't tell you how many times I laughed when unexpectedly crashing my trains (sorry virtual people).
I thought the controls were very responsive; lower the game speed if your having trouble.
I also thought the graphics were quite good. Be sure to set the graphics to fantastic mode and the screen resolution to the highest setting your computer can handle and still fill the screen completely. Experiment with the settings to get the best results.
Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game.

I've been waiting for Patchworkz 2 for some time now and almost missed it. Why they call this game Mosaics Galore and not Patchworkz 2 I'm not sure; I sure hope no Patchworkz lovers miss it. This game is just as solid and fun as the original, which is saying a lot.
I really can't understand why developers don't add a non timed option as it would be so easy to include. The fact that there isn't one seems to turn many people off. That being said, I do enjoy the timed version - it adds challenge and thus fun. However, one can play this game as if there wasn't a timer and, although you won't get maximum points, you will be able to unlock all the levels and finish the game (assuming you don't make mistakes). You can then go back and try to increase your score by beating the time. Not having a non timed option shouldn't scare you away from this outstandingly well made game.
I recommend this game!

There are a total of 60 levels in this game with level 46 being the hardest. This game is basically a clone of the game Brickshooter Egypt, one of my favorite games of all time. Stones of Rome does add obstacles but doesn't have the variety of layouts that Brickshooter has nor the challenge. If you like this game, please give Brickshooter Egypt a try. It is an older game and is no longer listed in the Big Fish games list. You can find this game by Googling Brickshooter Egypt and look for the Big Fish site. All games that Big Fish has offered in the past and no longer list can be found in this way. I'm not sure why they don't advertise this fact. Enjoy!

This game became a lot of fun, although I was very frustrated at first, especially when I reached the first chaos level. What I didn't realize was that it is possible to move a larger square into areas that had smaller squares. For example, say you look at a rectangle of small squares 2x3 and say you have been able to match 4 of the squares into one large square. It is now possible to first click on the large square and then into one of the remaining 2 small squares to move the large square. Experiment with this idea. It will make all the difference. You will not be able to move a smaller square into a larger area, however. This game has a great story line and I really appreciate the ability to play in either Puzzle mode, Timed mode or Chaos mode (once you get far enough in the story to unlock them). I also like the fact that you can keep repeating a level until you've solved it. Overall a wonderfully different game to add to my library.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoy games that are different and unusual. Once you figure out the game mechanics, this game really grows on you. Before playing, click on the little "i" in the upper left corner of the screen. The 3 tabs will explain controls and basic objectives #mainly to grow as big as you can# #and exit the game by clicking on the exit sign in the bottom left of the screen#.
Once into the game, follow the expanding circles to find your next meal. If you can't find anything to eat, move up or down #moving the mouse wheel# to explore another depth. When you have completely eaten your quota of a color # kept track of at the bottom of the screen#, you may advance to the next stage.
The background music is eerie and perfect for the primordial sea. I absolutely love the otherwordly, colorful graphics. It takes a little while to get used to moving and the kelp does have to be navigated, but it does get much easier with practice.
I have only played the demo, but it is a definite buy for me. I have yet to find the "Genlab" where you can monitor your evolution and I'm not sure do what else #can anybody help here?#.
Overall this is a wonderful change of pace from the typical Big Fish style of game.
Highly recommend you give it a try.

I am not a fan of "Angry Birds", but this game I really like! I go through many different emotions in a very short period of time: from frustration and amazement to exhilaration and laughter. Definitely keeps me entertained.
There are many different types of levels, challenges and achievements available to keep you entertained for quite a long time. The dev's did a great job with programming the different levels. A great change of pace from many Big Fish games. Why not give it a try?

This is an exceptional collection of puzzle games. It’s a shame that the devs made the rules for the individual games hard to find for many reviewers. The rules are actually quite complete and easy to follow. They are located in the bottom right hand corner as a pink rectangle with an “i” in it on both the “Challenge Mode” screen, “Master Mode”screen and main menu screen. Unfortunately, if you are playing a game, you must first exit the game to find them.
This program consists of over 1500 puzzles divided into 25 different puzzle types including crossword, sudoko, cryptograms, anagrams, word search and even hangman. Three of my favorites are logic games that I haven’t seen any place else: link-a–pix, takegaki and suko. There is even a variation of word search (my least favorite variation) called pathfinder which I really enjoyed! The games are very well programmed and designed. I can’t begin to imagine how much work went into programming all these varieties of games and then creating over 1500 different puzzles. A real labor of love; kudos to the devs!!!
You are never really stuck in any game as you are able to earn hints in a pinball game presented after every bonus game.
It occurred to me that this program is an excellent way to exercise your brain. Over a short period of time you work on verbal skills, math, spatial recognition, memory, logic, color coordination, etc..
Music is very upbeat. Actually, too upbeat for me and I had to turn it way down. I much prefer zen like music for working on puzzle games. An excellent example of a game with this type of music is “Strimko” (excellent logic game) where I’ve actually left the music on as background while working at my desk.
Overall, this program rocks!!! If you enjoy any of these types of games, you can’t go wrong with this collection.
I recommend this game!

I love classical music and adore Chopin. This is an extremely clever and well thought out game. I thought it was ingenious the way the developers choose the pieces where the melody is played within the 7 notes (f through b). I enjoy playing the piano and I found myself going back to replay these pieces on the piano.
The story line had me laughing out loud many times and the play sytem, awkward and challenging at first, actually worked quite well after a bit of practice. I am really looking forward to going back and play at the higher challenge levels.
And, yes, thank god, the space bar does allow you to skip the cut scenes and go directly to the duels (it would have been nice for the developers to tell you this on their help page). And, speaking to the developers, what about "Beethoven: Resurection of music"? He's tired of just de-composing.
