I had high hopes for this one during a TM drought but nope! The colors are so dull it's hard to see anything and make out shapes. The hidden objects are ridiculously hidden to the point where you can only find them with hints. You can't move things to find them. Dull gameplay and not worth the money for sure!
The first 5 levels were bad enough but I cannot progress past level 6. Total freeze up and the screen won't even move. The cursor goes left when you want to go right, When it does work for a few seconds, I had to click multiple times to get the character to pick it up. The glitches in this game are too way many to hurry up and release it to make money. This needs to be totall reworked.
Same boring and repetitive gameplay as the last version. I cannot beieve they keep spinning these garbage games out and expect people to spend their money on them.
Oh, they thought about it and attempted it but these Dev's didn't even come close to Rescue Team. This is dull, slow, boring, repetitive and just plain horrible.
I was very excited to see a TM game during a drought for decent ones and I had high hopes. This one turned out to be just run of the mill with nothing spectacular. The basics are there but nothing special went into this. The upgrades are weird and only last for about a half a minute and it just seems like alot is required of you to do to achieve 3 stars. Fun for an hour but not worth the money to me. It needs to be kicked up a notch.
There's nothing spectacular that jumps out at me about this game. It's another cookie cutter resource collection game that is pretty run of the mill. I think the earlier games in this series were MUCH more fun and obviously had a different team developing them. This has a timer that has a Hemi in it and moves very quickly so you need to make decisions fast. The graphics are nice and the colors are easy to look at but the gameplay is very generic.
Overall, this is a fun game that has alot going on in each level. However...the inability to upgrade to get more gold and bricks early on is frustrating and makes it hard to get stars. Some tasks require 100 gold and when you can only get 10 at a time from the mine and an occasional pile on a stump (which loads VERY slowly), it makes each level take 20-30 minutes to finish. It just seems like I spent most of my time running and collecting to finish a building, only to discover I needed even MORE gold or brick for the next one.
Well, there goes the excitement to see a TM game! Oh my...why this pound and run has a CE price is beyond me. It seems like the challenges that were in the earlier versions are gone and it's been cut down to a basic collect and build game. YAWN! NOT worthy of a hefty price tag that's for sure.
Also...music. What is with the Sounds to Fall Asleep by music? Where is the creepy kids choir? Where is the original music that made it fun to listen to? How many more negative changes can they make to this series?
Suggestion...wait for the 6.99 price to come out. This is NOT worth the CE price!
What's up with the glitch on Level 28? Why release a game that can't be played past a glitch they didn't fix? WE waited sooo long for a TM game and this is the offering...
Why Dev's lately think that bright and gaudy is the way to go is beyond me. This "refreshed" is way too bright and hurts the eyes. Tons of glitches, slow play and cartoon graphics. The older versions were fun and easy to look at. This looks like a grade school class did it.
