This is the nicest game I have seen in a while, and to play so far. I have found the story-line exciting, intriguing, and serious. This is the kind of story I can stay caught up in. It felt authentic, with clever characters. I am still playing the demo. The mini-games have more than one difficulty level to choose from. The hidden object puzzles have a really good looking alternate match-3. I just looked into it and was wowed, but I was having too much fun with a detailed full room spot the differences. I did try a tile, though, and found it easy to move. I was already enjoying the first part of the game because of the intuitive logic required for putting things together. I like a game that I can connect to the real world a bit, so that I am still thinking a little bit logically even though I am involved in an escape. I also like trial and error games a little bit, maybe more than most people. Don't think I think its normal of me, but I enjoyed the powdered lock. I also loved the tunnel. I had time to use the map. It works well, has all the details, and is really nice looking, you can see every connected room from one room, the way you sometimes do in dreams. Artwork is the most important thing, after mental challenge, and logic, in these games, well and story line, and I was seeing really nice artwork that reminded me of the environment after rain. I might not even have written a review but when the game opened onto the Saint Mary's scenes I felt I had to say something about the overall quality of the game, because it was so lovely. The colors, there and everywhere, are vibrant and clean. I really love some of the artwork. The characters are awesomely cute, I admit that, although I do not get this: the wallpaper featuring a picture of a character fashion. I would rather see landscapes, cityscapes, architecture, inner rooms, and objects, when the characters aren't even real people. I kind of understand the costumed animals and monsters but only those and only when they are really really really good.
I also loved the kitchen. Thanks! (Now, I don't need a real one.)
I recommend this game!
