EdgeCat's Review History

Take on the role of Emyr, probably the realm’s most famous hero. That is, until his career was destroyed by a dreadful wound. Now, Emyr works in the tavern.

Ripoff of old Emily games. By level19 the amount of "timed" objects for customers is overwhelming, I can not get three mugs even in relaxed time mode. Quite sorry I wasted my money!
I don't recommend this game.

I have no idea why this was mislabeled as time management game. This game has the most ridiculous amount of items required for everything! Why should I have to read a strategy guide before every level? AWFUL GAME waste of time and money!

Shame about the Emily series. Can someone give me any good reason why there are tiny pop-up windows forcing you to complete ridiculous tasks included in this game? These are the reason I stopped playing and buying games produced by the Emily series. All of them have these extra window events which do not add anything but aggravation to the game play. Then there is the constant "oh poor who ever character" boring story that must be clicked through one stupid comment at a time....no opportunity to play as yourself...no different level play choices...take away my choices and I stop spending money, opps!
I don't recommend this game.

Sorry I bought this one. The orcs are not as mean as the game designers. No relaxed mode to learn the game. Impossible amounts needed to finish certain rounds...then comes round 24 with four buttons all with different time limits which must be depressed at the same time. Really I have played it six times, now I am removing it from my computer. I buy these things to relax and have a good time, not be tense and made to feel stupid because I can not finish a task to move to the next level! Great Job game makers!
I don't recommend this game.

Avoid this one! Talk about a stupid game! All tasks have such a high amount of different things you will mostly be sitting watching the time run out waiting for goods to be produced. Boring and no fun big waste of money! Most levels impossible to finish within time limits. I play games to have fun, not to be aggravated by a game with impossible odds. I do not want to have to play the same levels over and over to reach a time limit. There should be more than one way to win the game and enough supply of goods to meet the demand of goods for tasks in the game there is not. Sorry I wasted my money!
I don't recommend this game.

Roads of Rome Generation 2 is awful. It is so buggy I can't play it. You can be almost finished with a level and it just closes. Hummm That happened the most on level 12, on level 13, it stopped showing the arrows marking road construction. I could not win the level because it would not let me build the road, What? is it not called "Roads of Rome" lol? There are never enough options for hiring workers, who move as slow as if they were under water, you can not assign jobs ahead, until the workers are free, who thought that would be a welcome thing in a time management game, that guy should be let go! The amount of resources it takes to build and win are so slow in coming and the workers so limited by the game designers I am sorry I wasted my money and time on this game. If you ask me it is just a hurry up game design for big bucks relying on a proven game reputation which it ruins.
I don't recommend this game.
