I loved the previous 3 games in the series which were fairly hard for me and I didn't get three stars on all of the levels. Unfortunately, the developers got extremely lazy or decided to dumb down the game. The graphics were fine. I liked the characters from the first game and any new characters were fine. The problems (and to me they were huge problems) are 1) Every level had the same small road with some in different configurations, 2) There were about 1/8 of the items to get as in previous games and they were only a few same items, 3) They tried to change it up by making a few levels that you had to play in a certain order. Usually, I didn't discover this until I was almost done with the level. It wasn't challenging just annoying. I'm somewhat compulsive about finishing games so I did finish. I spent most of my time waiting for building to produce items so I could move on. A 6-year-old could get 3 stars on every level and that's about the age group it appears to be geared to.
I don't recommend this game.
