This was a very simple game. Click two fruits, wait, serve and repeat. No variation. I only played the free hour but in that time nothing changed. No bonus's to increase speed or increase number of fruits in a drink or anything of interest really. periodically got x2, x3, x4, sometimes "streak" and even got a "super streak" but no idea why, couldn't find a pattern to it.
This would have been good if there was a workable challenge. I only played 20 mins before giving up in frustration. The idea of the game is turn the belts or cogs or whatever the turning object happens to be, in the right direction to drop coloured objects into matching coloured holes. Easy, or should be. Electric rays with no way to avoid, metal boxes with no colour but have to drop in the right hole. I got as far as a level that even if you manage to get the direction right the object rolls off in the wrong direction anyway. As I said in my title RANDOM.
This is not a time management game! On every level I have played so far (most of the trial) it starts with a hidden object screen. After you have found all the ingredients you go to a puzzle game. Some quite inventive but often very simple games. If you want time management then this is not for you, if you like puzzles and hidden object then ok this might amuse you for a while. I personally found it didn't keep my interest for long and the time given for getting a good bonus was only achievable if you replayed so you knew where the objects were. Disappointing as I prefer time management.
I couldn't even progress past the first set of basic levels. The individual ones are easy since they show you where to fire but the first 'bonus level' isn't a bonus unless you get ALL three balls through ALL three hoops. Without passing this 'bonus level' you can't go any further. Didn't enjoy this at all, just ended up frustrated.
Free to play should be free, buying optional extras to enhance the game. This game only allows you to play the first room, then you need a 'VIP Pass' for the next room, not optional, needed. Therefore not FREE TO PLAY. The room that I did play was ok for those type of riddle games but that was all I could do without having to purchase something.
I, like Rogue Slayer, have all the other Farm Frenzy games but this one is not up to the others. They have tried to make it 3D and in this respect have succeeded, but it lacks in almost every other way.The animals don't have the same cuteness and it's all very childish looking. The tutorial lacks English grammar, English is obviously not the native tongue of the programmers. The basic concept is the same, get animals, collect products, process products, sell products reach the goal that is set for that level. It just doesn't have the same feel. Try it, you might like it! It's personal preference.
If you like old ships and jigsaw puzzles this may be the game for you, I found the pictures very dark and dreary. The pieces lock into the right places on the board and go to the edge of the frame. You cannot however join pieces together therefore you have to find the correct place on the board for each piece individually. As the pieces are at the side you have to scroll up and down to see them all, although picking and placing and even placing a piece back in the pile is easy. If you have a passion for jigsaws then this game is for you.....for me? Not this time.
There is no story, hardly any instructions and no fun. You have to shoot pengus from a catapult to knock over the fishies. Apart from a first glance at the fishies before it scrolls you over to your catapult you can't see them when you're actually trying to line up the catapult so the first shot is blind but gives a sort of guide to your next shot. If you like 'Angry Birds' you'll like this.... personally, I hate it!
Running Sheep: Tiny Worlds is an engrossing brainteaser with simple controls, vivid graphics, and 250 levels. It’s wonderful entertainment for the whole family!
This is what the first Running Sheep game should have been like! They must have been listening to our views on the first game. Same control system but when you get used to it it's ok. To turn the arrow take your controller into the adjacent square in the direction you wish your sheep to go. No difficulty control and no option for untimed either but on the whole (at least to the end of my free hour) it was workable. I have one little niggle, it hasn't stopped me purchasing it though, the sound effects at the end of each level are too loud.
If there had been an option, either for different difficulty or untimed/timed this would have been a good game. I played one like this which had a better placement of the arrows system and I loved it, expected this to be similar but the timer doesn't allow enough time to figure out what you need to do.
