Sadly, I found this one a little bit over the top with all the mini games and so little hidden object scenes. Music was alright, art is great and the story is good enough. Try it for yourself!
This game has all the assets of a great one: stellar art, great dialog and a good gameplay. But, not too many surprises. A few more twists and turns and with several challenging HOS, this would be a awesome game. This is judging by the demo version. Definitely try it yourself.
I'm not a fan of science fiction games but this one is the bomb! There are HO's which are so clever and several new mini games that I won't to play over and over again. The story is alright, but the artwork and some of the gameplay are truly worthwhile. There is a special watch, like a helper, but it's used in the right time for the right problems... This is all judging by the demo. Definite buy! Try it for yourself!
Emma Emerson has been called to help her partner, Duke, whom she fancies a little, I guess. There is a strange case of drowning and there's a mystery to be discovered hidden behind the dead body and the secrets of the victim's family. That's when a roller coaster of action packed and unexpected story begins - and the action won't stop until you get the bad guy. But, to make it so you must use your detective skills as well as your cell phone, to collect all the evidence so you can analyze them and from that deduce your next step in the investigation. There are several old mini games and plenty new one. Also, there's a new type of HO scenes - where you can deduce - by searching for the clues, what happened to the victims and to the suspects. There are several suspects to investigate and I bet the game is existing as the first hour is. Definite buy. Still, try the demo so you can decide for yourself
Judging by the demo, this is possible the worst game made in the MCF series. No logic, whatsoever. There is no answer why the Master detective visits the patient or why and how does all other patients know about the drawings and have clues. or what does the watch do so and where did that watch came from? Also, how can a car while driving through the forest after hitting a street sign end up on a cliff? I can't say how can some reviewers who usually give low rating to solid games now rate this game with five or four stars? We definitely played a different game. Art is nice, some time, but a mansion is out of proportions. There are so many problems in this game, starting with the story over the gameplay and even a bad music. Non a good one. Still, try it for yourself.

This is a second game in the series and it seems that the Eipix has a good game series on their hands. The graphic looks crisp and clear. The music and the ambient are good. The story is alright, but it takes too much for the story to begin. The first game packed a better pace and gameplay. The second one seem too slow and with too many needless actions. Example; too many action to get to the map. I finished the beta, but won't purchase the game. Possible SE on sale. Still, try if for yourself.
Step into the shoes of a Private investigator with short-term memory loss and uncover the shocking truth about his involvement with a serial killer called The Executioner.
What a ride! This is a great story all together. Nice graphic and good music and audio choices. The hidden object scenes were extremely well crafted. Mini games were all right, a few were great but not all. In total, one of the best detective games!
This game have an excellent concept. You have to save three souls in order to defeat the demon but that about it. Still, there are plenty great hidden object scenes and some tough mini games to play. Some characters like the receptionist clown aren't so much good work but never the less this game is fun to play if all you like is hidden object scene and some mini games. Otherwise, the story isn't so much compelling. It's wort the time.
I love the Raven and the Fall of the House Usher and all other Po's work including the detective stories with Dupin but this game series again do the same thing. They simplify too much and it feels to patronizing. The dialog is nice as the voice acting and music. The visuals are like all other Amax games, nice and sometimes little blurry. I like the plethora of items to use and great cinematic. Still, everything is too easy an to over explained. I won't buy CE but I recommend all to try and play.
