Tiny Little Lion is always on the ball with their quality games. I really appreciate them. Paint By Pixel has many features that make painting different and lots of fun.
I think the controls were well thought out and the color editing panel was a great idea. The brush of multiple sizes paints individual cells or sweep over them and they fall away with a tiny plopping sound. Use the bucket to paint an entire one-color area with a simple click. The numbers come into view as you enlarge the image with the zoom feature and the magnifier can be used with it as well. This is great for folks like me with vision problems. Everything is so easy to see which means fewer mistakes and if we do make a boo-boo it is easy to find and fix.
The highlight colors for your chosen numbers are really helpful. I prefer red and purple but enjoy trying them all. There are several background color choices and you'll appreciate the invisible grid. I love the categories. Image sizes range from Tiny to Huge.
There's so much to like about Paint By Pixel, at least for me. I'm still not finished with the first one and I'm anxious to add Number 2 with the next good sale.
I recommend this game!

All the doors, everything is locked, had to look all over the place for items I needed. There's a short wait period replacing the lock and chain when you click several unsuccessful times in the HO scenes. It started off badly and early into the demo my patience was running low.
The demo was so slow and boring, mostly due to so many things needing keys or they were missing parts. I just didn't like it and fear the entire game may be the same boring trek. I haven't bought a Domini game in ages but keep hoping they will get back to the quality entertainment that made them so popular. Unfortunately it isn't happening with Misty Hill. Domini fans may love it but for me it was another in the long line of disappointments.

I like this new collection much better than the last one. The images depicting Spring are more colorful. Most of the puzzles are really lovely, some in the animal and urban categories are somewhat unimpressive. I especially thought the animals could have been better, a more interesting variety.
I love all the features and options, there are plenty to make puzzle assembly fun and the variety of piece shapes can change the "challenge" when not using the standard style. Colors are nice and there's a good variety of subject matter. Amount of pieces range from 9 to 1520, so there's a puzzle size to please just about everybody.
Will purchase this pretty set of puzzles from Graphium Studios, looking forward to endless hours of relaxing fun, enjoying one of my favorite hobbies. I work on puzzles every single day. This will be an excellent addition to my ever-growing collection.

and many of us love them, love nature. Many find them boring. The locations/scenes are attractive to me but I can appreciate that non plant enthusiasts would not be happy with this game. Plants are not always in attractive arrangements and colorful settings.
But this game has a decent variety of what nature has to offer. I do love the natural settings but I don't think these are great for this game. The objects are too small and hard to spot in just too much surroundings, they become lost. You have to be a big nature lover to appreciate what you have here. Some of the names of plants are odd but interesting, making sense only to the botanist who specializes in plants and ecology.
I don't think this a bad game but you really have to love plants to keeps from becoming bored to death. Many of the locations are underwhelming if you love lots of color in everything. Looking for objects amongst rocks, trees, shrubbery isn't so much fun in a HOG. And the game definitely doesn't have enough to call it a CE.
We have enough HOGs of this style now, of plants and animals, an overload of them. Surely devs can come up with something different. These HOGs have become worn out and boring even with the great talents of Tiny Little Lion. But I still can recommend this game because it is still quality.
I recommend this game!

To start with completing the first set of images to open the next is something I really dislike. There is no trick to try and bypass it. And again the too-dark colors are very unappealing. I found the more colorful images in the demo tedious because of all the teeny-tiny areas to fill in. It created a challenge but not the fun kind.
Picking up a color from the palette often required several clicks and sometimes wouldn't apply to pics on the first attempt. Even though I wanted to see what came after the demo my enthusiasm waned too much trying to get there.
Modern Art doesn't offer enough bright/natural color and depth, imo. Many of the images are very nice on their own but once colors are applied they just aren't pretty anymore. Many art fans may love this kind of art, leaning more toward the shadows/dark results, but for me if the beautiful colors are missing so is the art.
Yes, I know, lots of complaints. I would much rather deliver more positive comments. Maybe the next Modern Art will be more satisfying.

Too many ridiculous tasks made progress slow, putting the story on hold but that is usually the case with Domini games and that takes away the fun. If there's a crime to be solved let's just get to it instead of messing with a load of "roadblocks" in the way of the action.
Maybe it was just me but everything felt disconnected and unclear with the crime, mystery, characters. I lost sight of the story as I muddled through the tasks. The puzzles were aplenty and more fun than the HOPs. Items in the HOPs were small, many were hard to spot in the dark scenes which added even more tedium to the game.
The game was downright boring. The only challenge was created by the below standard quality of the HOP scenes, making the items hard to recognize. A lengthy game is just a waste of time if it's filled with what this one has to offer.
I felt 3 stars was generous considering that the negatives outweighed the positives. We all love crime and mystery, the CE has the usual format and 15/15/15/70 collectibles. Domini fans will likely enjoy the game and maybe it gets better later. If it is 7 hrs long you have plenty of fun ahead (or not).

It has been a long time! I love this series. It is the familiar scenario but taking us out of the park and onto the sea. I really enjoy these HOGs, there's lots to see visiting our beautiful USA, making fun stops along the way.
The graphics are exceptional, great color. Locations are super busy, so much to take in including things going on in the background. The game is the usual format as seen in Park Rangers but I never tire of any of it. The scenes are brimming with happy vacationers (no cartoon characters) and lots of HOs. Good challenge with objects bing mostly small and well blended.
Our ship has finally come in and with no disappointments. Quality all the way! I'm so happy to see the return of Cruise Director.
I recommend this game!

It's an elaborate assortment of just about everything and then some. Lots and lots of levels covering a variety of games, puzzles, HOGs. The graphics are sharp and very colorful. Interesting fare, different from what we normally see in HO games.
The categories include Difference, Swap, Match, Detail. I really enjoyed the demo, sampling each of them. There was plenty to keep boredom away and interest up. 22 extra levels. Wallpapers, though not very interesting to me as such.
I think this will be a worthwhile purchase, for me. I'm usually not disappointed with anything from Tiny Little Lion. The game has plenty which makes it last a long time and that makes it a good deal.
I recommend this game!

The object is to uncover the delicious picture under the stones. Easy enough? It can become more "challenging" by adding extra stones under the top layer, choose from 38% to 100% more, which actually makes it more time consuming rather than a challenge.
Numbers above and below the palette reflect how many stones have been removed and how many of the color you're working on have been removed. Levels are not locked so it's great to start wherever you want and also color the images out of sequence. I love that!
You're allowed to break only the stones which are highlighted on the palette. A slow process, one at a time. You can skip around with the colors which makes it more fun. The colors look very blah in the palette but are absolutely stunning in the images. The images are amazing and large and not whisked away when completed. Enjoy them as long as you like which is exactly what I did, wishing I could turn them into wallpapers. A nice variety as well. Really nice!
It's a new twist to color by numbers. Very simple, I enjoyed it but became bored because it was tedious removing the stones one at a time to reveal the pics. I had no desire to up the percentage of stones to prolong the process. The images are spectacular. Everyone will surely love them. The game is on sale today, awesome, and I would buy it if there was more to it. I am rating 5 stars because the images are stunning and the game is a nice change from the others we are so used to and getting tired of now.
I recommend this game!

I agree with cbtx, this dev has gotten carried away with critter games. We certainly don't need another one. However the animals are always adorable even though the HOGs are pretty boring after so many of them.
The graphics are nice and the locations are overflowing with stuff, the clutter creates the challenge and the items are also small and hard to spot. The mini-games are simple and mildly enjoyable. But after so many of these HOGs the fun starts to fade.
If you're not acquainted with Tiny Little Lion you'll love the quality of their creations and delighted with the games if you're an animal lover. I just think it's time to bring us something different. With their talents it should be easy. 3 stars for cuteness!
I recommend this game!
